I brought in a ring my grandmother gave me almost 40 years ago. It was outdated yet, very sentimental. Michael created two elegant and perfect bands using the stones. I plan to gift one band to my daughter as we honor my grandmother and her great grandmother. Thank you!

Came in to fix a bracelet. The owner was so helpful and found a solution for me for free instead of needing to put work into it (which he also clearly told me what that work would entail and cost if I wanted to still go that way). Who does that these days?! Highly recommend!!

Supper happy with the impeccable service I received at Euro Design Jewelry. Isabella and Michael are so incredibly honest and informative. I had my engagement and wedding ring reset. I have had many custom pieces made here. Michael and Isabella are great to work with, and the craftsmanship is excellent. Highly recommend!! I've turned cufflinks into earrings, a lost earring became a pendant, and stones from other rings that I had became earrings! Best experience I could ever ask for at a jeweler. Bought my fiance's engagement ring and both wedding bands here and cant express how pleasant the experiences have been. Mike is extremely talented in what he does and can make anything you dream up a reality! Him and his amazing wife have made me and my fiance feel like family and you can always tell that all they want is for you to be happy!

Euro design staff are the real deal. They were very knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. I have a family heirloom ring and felt very comfortable with their work. I had never seen the ring shine so brightly! This is my new go-to for jewelry cleaning.

It is with utmost pleasure that I recommend and write about my first experience working with Isabella and Michael.I’m a customer who prefers choosing and procuring loose gemstones myself. This is because ethical sourcing is important to me so I tend to purchase gemstones with a transparent history, i.e., from sellers who mine and facet the stones themselves, or faceters who get the stones directly from hobbyist miners or rockhounders as they sometimes are called. After purchasing a few loose stones, I came to realize that most jewelers are reluctant to set stones unless you also have purchased the stones from them. I was delighted when I found Isabella and Michael, who accept loose stones brought in by customers with no reservations. After making inquiry electronically, I visited their store and brought with me a beautiful Russian demantoid garnet (very timely for January!) that I had purchased online.The consultation went smoothly and soon enough, we settled on the ring design, delivery time and cost. I really appreciated Isabella being a fine balance between listening to what I like, spending the time to get to know the customer’s fashion sense and personality, and also confidently making suggestions, such as making the prongs in yellow gold to accentuate the center stone’s green and brilliance.The ring was finished in a week as promised. It is stunning, much more so in person! The pricing was also very reasonable. Above all, I simply enjoy working with people who are honest, straightforward, who deliver and who possess a can-do attitude. So glad to have found a local jeweler to work with.

Designing and having my engagement ring made with such a lovely and caring couple as Michael and Issabella makes the whole experience feels just so enjoyable. Issabella has such a great taste and taught us a lot in the process. Michael’s smile could melt the hardest metal which probably is his secret weapon working in the back of the store :P I am officially a fiancé, and would come back for the wedding rings.
