We really love all the products from Ethan Allen. Ethan Allen will never run out of fashion. Our desinger Marla is amazing! She is very creative, having great taste and always giving us the best choices. She is meanwhile very very responsible in resolving any problem occured. She watched the process tightly and in fact, her response is so fast. We highly recommend Marla to anyone who wish to create a wonderful home.

I recently moved to a new place and decided to get new bedroom furniture so I stopped by the Ethan Allen showroom in late July. I was greeted by a friendly designer and went on to get a bed, a sofa and a chest as well as a bench. That part of the experience went great. The delivery was not so great. The sofa could not fit through the door to my house and the bed...well that became a whole different issue. At the first delivery attempt an important support piece didn't make it on the truck so the guys couldn't assemble the bed and the sofa was too large to fit through. After all that a second attempt was made a couple weeks later and again the bed couldn't be assembled the legs were not the appropriate size. I had to wait for someone else to come and fix it. I get it things happen we're humans. The showroom manager whom I reached out to in between the two deliveries never reached out and the designer I worked with didn't check back to inquire if I ever did get a complete bed.What baffled me is the lack of care for their customers. I've been a customer for years, over 20 years to be exact and after this experience I don't see myself returning. The furniture is beautiful, durable and of good craftsmanship but the service needs to be at the same level or higher.

Charlene Rasata is excellent. She is expert, outgoing, full of human warmth and a born salesperson. Ethan Allen is lucky to have her and should make sure she is happy. I have seen too many businesses ruin themselves by not insuring that their stars are financially taken care of. R.

The investment I made in the dining set turned out to be the worst and a complete rip-off. It felt like I wasted my money by throwing it into the ocean. The dining set that I purchased was made of flimsy material, which got scratched after just two uses. I reached out to Ethan Allen for assistance, but they put the blame on me, claiming that I didn't use it correctly.My advice would be to not waste your money on their products. I bought a kitchen dining set from another place that costs 10% of the Ethan Allen dining table. Surprisingly, this kitchen set turned out to be much more durable and sturdy than the paper-thin Ethan Allen dining set.

Charlene Rosata, the designer was awesome. My husband and I sat with her and within an hour 1.5 we had a wonderful design, and picked out materials that matched our style. Charlene was very professional to work with and very personable. She presented options that really made a difference for us. We received our furniture and we are so happy with the results. Thank you. We bought a sofa and coffee table at Ethan Allen. The pieces are absolutely beautiful and they give our living room such an elegant feel. Definitive quality products. The designer at Natick MA, Michelle P, was very friendly and not overbearing - she gave us suggestions and helped us figure out what we wanted - we were very happy with her. The delivery was also fantastic. The sofa was very heavy, and at first would not fit through our front door. The delivery staff (there were 3 of them!) made the extra effort to make sure it fit through our back door. We are so happy they were willing to try different solutions to get it inside. Overall a wonderful experience with the entire purchase. Definitely recommended!

Charlene was terrific. In the showroom, she was thorough and knowledgeable but not pushy. That applied to finding our furniture as well as the options. As a final touch, she let us know what hour the piece would be delivered.

We worked with Marla at The Ethan Allen store in Natick. She was fabulous. My husband and I wanted all new furniture plus a rug in our living room and didn’t have the confidence to choose our own! Marla went above and beyond to help us. She came to our house several times and always had a positive attitude. Her professional suggestions were just what we needed. Our living room looks great! We couldn’t be happier.

David Laprairie was outstanding to work with. He was truly a master and so talented in finding just the right furniture in styles and colors I never would have thought of. He even helped me choose a paint color for the room.The furniture was delivered today and we love it!!I highly recommend David for his exceptional service and Ethan Allen for their high quality furniture.

I bought a lovely dining room set that fit my room size perfectly. Andrew helped me with a 3D representation of the room as well finding me a fabric to match the accessories for the table. He did a great job! I highly recommend the service and timely delivery from Ethan Allen.
