I recently had two of my rugs cleaned. I purchased these rugs from Dover Rug. However, I did not have to have them cleaned at Dover Rug. I chose to do so as I had a positive experience in 2020 when I purchased the rugs. I called the Natick store in the morning, spoke to Sachin and a pick-up was scheduled for that same afternoon. I did receive a cost estimate at this time. When it was time for the pick-up, I received a text and phone call with notification that the guys were on their way and would arrive soon. After a week, the same process took place when the clean rugs were delivered back to my home.
When it was time to place the rugs down on the floor, the guys took their time making sure that they had reversed the direction of the rugs, and the rugs were placed exactly where I wanted them to be with my furniture moved back in place. I received the exact pricing at time of pick-up. The cost was reasonable and terrific value for the service I received. Service that included a prompt pick-up, cleaning, delivery, and proper placement. I asked if they could re-connect the pieces of my sectional couch which was completed in moments.
During both visits, the Dover Rug team were professional, efficient, punctual, and the price was more than fair and terrific value for what was done. Without my asking, the guys took their shoes off at my front door. What more could I ask for?

Sachin customer service is the best. They have a variety of carpet to choose. I went in Salem, Denver, Saugus compare to their price. Sachin Price is the best and product has a good quality. Thank you so much for helping us..

Hasan was amazing to work with! I was able to show him pictures of ideas I liked and he quickly was able to find my husband and I a runner. He answered my calls and text quickly as well, which is always super helpful as a new customer. I went here with my decorator to choose an area rug for my living room. For starters, the selection of rugs is unbelievably good both in terms of style and price range. I think they have something here for just about everyone. I must have looked at well over 100 rugs in my price range before deciding on what I wanted. Since my decorator brings a lot of business to this store, she was able to negotiate a good discount for me. The finished product arrived within the timeframe promised and looked just as great as I envisioned it would.

Nobody helped us. We were the only ones in the store and the only employee was sitting on his phone near the entrance. We asked him if he could tell us a price per square foot and he ignored us completely. Rude, rude, rude! We went to AJ Rose instead.

I went in last week to purchase a large rug for my home. We are ripping out floors in the house and putting in wood. I figured i would start with one room. I was prepared to spend quite a bit. This person , seemingly in charge, began to lecture me in very combative way telling me "wait listen" went i tried to interject anything.He turned me over to a sales person and told me there were a few piles of rugs that I should look at. The first pile was the most ordinary persian rugs I have ever seen, i fell as if i was being shown rejects. None of themwere of interest. And having spent a good deal of time looking previously I found the prices were quite inflated. The sales person had no interest in going through the other two piles... He said i should pick one rug that I had already seen and they would bring a few over to my house the he thought i "might like". Right. I walked out and went to a far nicer store in Wellesley where i actually purchased a rug that week. Fascinated to read so many reviews like mine... i too was dressed down... shorts and a T. Guess he thought I couldn't afford his rugs.Think again big guy.

Super impressed (and it takes a lot for me to write a review). Not only does this place have far nicer rugs than I saw elsewhere, but their prices were reasonable (and they even were open to negotiations when I ended up buying several items from them). Then, they provided great service during both the delivery and when I had a follow-up matter: a small area of one of the rugs needed a little fixing... so I e-mailed them late on a Saturday night (well after hours), expecting an answer over the next day or so... but no, the person actually wrote back MINUTES LATER saying he would take care of it. I wish more stores were like this. A+++.
