Israel in the bike department changed my mountain bike flat tire, tuned up my bike, and did it all with a positive attitude. His customer service is phenomenal. If you need help picking out a bike, need to have it tuned up or anything else bike related go to this location and ask for Israel

Whenever I go to this place, one of their escalator is not working. Then you look for hidden elevator all the time. Why don't they stop the escalator and let customer use it as regular stairs?
For some reason, all associates are on 1st floor, and very few on 2nd floor.

Unprofessional staff and poor customer service. Purchased soccer cleats for my son and it hurts his heel in the game when I brought it back to be replaced, but the store manager refused and asked to buy another pair of cleat!

Lousy experience in the store today.Suggestion to the management team: check your video footage - are associated standing around, very sleepy, and when a customer approaches them with a question, are they the cool jock that can’t be bothered to help?

I was checking out one of the treadmills that were on display and seemed like was available as a demo to use. I previously saw someone else using the demo so I went to try it myself as well. After 5 seconds a white male worker tells me ‘Don’t touch it’ in what seemed like was a rude tone. I was confused because there was no sign saying to not touch it or no barrier blocking people from getting on it as well as the person using it before. Please visibly show whether or not displays are available for trying out next time or have more clear rules. I am assuming racism upon this incident.

Upon my last visit I was greeted at the door by an associate behind the desk. The friendliness, attentiveness and intentionality notably made my day. Appreciate his humor and attitude as I was checking out as well. Great associates like this man is what set retail establishments apart. I will be back to shop at this store!

Absolutely terrible return policy if you don’t have a receipt then you only get the lowest selling price which for starters isn’t explained at all so then they just make up a random number for example an item is $20 they will only give you $2 on store credit that you can only use in store and then they will sell what you only got $2 for the full $20 making an $18 profit off of you

Jacob B and his buddy would rather stand around talking then offer 30 seconds of assistance to help a customer with a very basic request to find a pair of sneakers. Would not recommend anyone come here, would give 0 stars if that was an option.
