I checked out today, not even an hour ago, with my fiance, and I had the RUDEST cashier... Initially, we went into self-checkout just for them both to be closed and waited in line until we got up to this old lady working the register; her name tag was Victoria, and she kept heavily suggesting multiple times that we get a cart saying, “well I SUGGEST that you get a cart” or complaining about her arthritis and refusing to bag our gallon of tea. My fiance and I were very polite despite how rude she was being. I asked her to scan an item separately until my fiance offered to pay for it, and she got snarky with me after I asked her to scan it with the rest of the items
If this is the kind of service I will get from these CVs, I will gladly drive the extra five minutes to have someone keep their unnecessary opinions to themselves. Shows why she's what 70 working at a CVS? Lady needs to learn to keep her mouth shut or be fired

By far the worst customer service. There's always an issue. My medication is always disappearing, not ready or lost. Even my doctor called. No way to reach the pharmacist and the answering system do not help at all. If it wasn't because my insurance only work with them I'll change in a second. Some of us dont want to download the app. It shouldn't be obligated. Just terrible.

This pharmacy and drugstore is impossible--horrible service, mismanaged prescriptions, a dirty store and unhappy employees whe are clearly not treated well. There are so few choices to get prescriptions around here or they would be out of business.

A pharmacy order placed more than 24 hours ago still isn't filled, and all they can tell me is come back tomorrow and MAYBE they'll have it? If I could give zero stars, I would.

CVS is leaving something to be desired and part of this is due to the team that makes up the employees, all the shelves are missing items, freezers are turned off or empty, without the varieties they are looking for, employees look annoyed and are not willing to help, every time they If you ask for help, the employee says he can't help because he's busy, but he's always eating chips and using his cell phone. Management needs to pay attention to this, because the business itself is amazing.

They REFUSED to transfer my prescription after they could not fill it.
It has been over two weeks waiting for CVS to refill a prescription. I have walked in several times and have been told it should be in “today”. Since I am now out of my daily prescribed medication, I went to another pharmacy that is locally owned and a joy to work with. The pharmacist there told me not to worry he would call to get the prescription transferred. He called me back to apologize because CVS refused to transfer the prescription. When he told them that they had to transfer it they said no and hung up on him. Tomorrow is Christmas and both pharmacies are closed so I will be without the prescription for another two days. I know they are short staffed etc. but that is not an excuse to delay care. I will be moving all of my family’s prescriptions to Pine Hill Pharmacy in Sherborn. They are wonderful.

Terrible service both in person and on the phone if you are lucky enough that someone will answer it!!!! People are going to the pharmacy not for fun, but because in need of something that is only by prescription. Shame on you!!!!!!!

This store has a horrible customer service. Online, on the phone and in person.If you need them in an emergency - have a medication from the pharmacist, forget about it. They let you waiting, waiting… completely different from the other stories. Some thing really bad happens in there. One night I was in the drivethru and I see an employee smoke close to the window and nobody in there for us.
