The rooms were nice and the staff were generally helpful. However they allow smoking outside their front doors and walking through the lobby is like walking through an ash tray. I asked one of the front desk attendants and she said she co9do anything about it. I'll be steering future out of town guests to the A Loft down the street. It's too bad because otherwise the hotel was fine.
Rooms: Suites are spacious.
Food and drinks: Breakfast buffet is extension with lovely servers.

The hotel staff that checked us in on Thursday (10/24) around 7am were absolutely wonderful! After traveling across the country we thought we wouldn’t be able to check in until late afternoon. The young gentleman and lady who were working that morning made it happen!! The staff also accommodated our late checkout. The vibe in the hotel is unique and cool. Would definitely stay again!
And Debbie was awesome!

Debbie Halcott was absolutely amazing! We had our annual fundraiser event at the Verve and I worked the guest check in table. She checked on myself and the staff ensured we ate and had water as we could not leave our station. She was absolutely a doll, super helpful and positive. We really enjoyed her service!
