Daniel, Tim and Stacie were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They were also very thorough about everything and my meticulous questions. They saw my utmost frustration about the car issue with insurance company but all of them kept their cool, remained professional and helped me understand better about the situation, because I never ever get into car accident and was challenged with the process. My vehicle is fully restored thanks to Coach and Carriage and their patience with me, including back and forth with the insurance company they had to deal with.

I was referred to this shop and so I trusted them with my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed of the outcome. Enrique promised he would take care of my car. He was more interested on getting the paycheck from my insurance and then kicked me to the curb. My car was not fixed correctly. After 2 attempts to fix their mistakes, my car remains unfinished. Unfortunately because I used this company and I they are out my insurance network, my insurance can't get involved and force them to repair the sloppy job they did. Enrique remains unprofessional and continues to ignore my texts and messages. Absolutely disappointed and frustrated. DO NOT use this company, please.

I needed a body shop for a little accident. Coach & Carriage was recommended by a friend. What a very lucky break. They Did an amazing job on my Nissan Rogue Sport!! Everyone that works for them are kind, helpful, super knowledgeable . From the front desk where Stacie, Jill & Daniel keep the operation running to all the techs,,mechanics , detailing etc. do such a great job. 👍 Honestly , if you are looking for a professional Auto Body Shop, Coach & Carriage is the one!!!!

Never, I said never take your car to that Bodyshop, they make the situation the most complicated in the world, I had my car stuck there for more than 2 months because the insurance of the person who hit me that only covered 10k, so they created a bigger problem to justify that they couldn't fix it, made me stay without the car for a long time and still charged me $750 dollars to just look at the car, and they still didn't put the parts back on the car and I had to pay $150 for tow, so if you want a place that won't give you the worst headache, don't go to Coach and Carriage in Natick.

Had an extremely positive experience. I walked into it being annoyed with having to get work done for an accident I didn't cause. I wrongfully assumed I'd get drug around and experience a less than average customer experience while I wait longer than I should for my car to be fixed. I'm happy to report that couldn't be farther from the truth. Their whole team, especially Stacie, were so kind, honest and attentive throughout the process. So helpful in guiding me through from the estimate, arranging a rental car, updating me during the work and during checkout. I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer and how they showed empathy for the inconvenience. It really did help change my perspective. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing body work, I'd highly recommend this spot. Thank you again, Stacie!

These guys communicated and coordinated the repairs of my car fantastically. They gave me any info I needed in regards to my insurance and what I needed to do. They also detailed my car and had it looking brand new when I came to pick it up. The car looked better at pickup than when I had originally bought the car, I’ll be back whenever I need them again, and I highly recommend their service.Service: Body & Trim
