These guys communicated and coordinated the repairs of my car fantastically. They gave me any info I needed in regards to my insurance and what I needed to do. They also detailed my car and had it looking brand new when I came to pick it up. The car looked better at pickup than when I had originally bought the car, I’ll be back whenever I need them again, and I highly recommend their service.Service: Body & Trim

Our SUV was involved in an accident (rear-ended on 95) - We found Coach & Carriage based on the fact that they are one of a handful of Audi authorized repair centers in the state. From start to finish, the process was as pain free as it could have been in this type of situation. The insurance co of the person at fault came back with a ridiculously low damage amount, the guys at Coach worked to ensure the repairs were made with OEM parts and done right. They also did all the negotiating with the adjuster to ensure it was done properly.Communication was excellent along the way and I was expecting a month + for the work, and they got it done in around 3 weeks. The vehicle was delivered back to me detailed and in like-new condition. I hope that I don't need to use their services again any time soon, but given how aggressive and distracted everyone is on the road these days, the odds are against me. PSA, get a front and rear dash cam, you never know when you'll need it.Services: Painting

The Coach & Carriage Natick team expertly repaired my 2022 Audi Q5 Prestige after some substantial cosmetic damage to the rear quarter panel in a hit-and-run. Not only did they do superb body work, they executed the repairs within the time frame that they approximated before they started. Exceptional service and communication throughout - highly recommend.

I cannot thank Coach & Carriage enough for handling every aspect of my recent car repairs (including going back & forth with insurance many times after they had given me a somewhat ridiculous quote & hadn't been willing to cover everything needed/what should've been, despite the fact I was at "no fault" & victim of a hit/run!!) Coach & carriage insisted that they'd fix my car to look how it had been (even BETTER! ) & that they'd work with insurance until everything was properly covered in the repair quote... they certainly delivered to their promise!! They also kept me informed & updated through the entire process & just overall, really made sure I was taken care of from every aspect. Everyone knows car accidents are terrible & typically dealing with the aftermath is a huge pain/time consuming ... well, NOT if you bring your car here for repairs- they will fix your vehicle and leave it in excellent condition, likely far above your expectations (like they did w/mine!) & will handle so many things (that they technically didn't even have to) like insurance quotes, appraisals, rental, etc. that'll make the process easier for you- truly can't recommend their body shop enough! Thank you Coach & Carriage for being one of the few trustworthy body shops- one that delivers an above & beyond experience & the highest quality of service!! The wonderful ladies at the front desk, Joe & his entire team are exceptional & id highly recommend!

I wish I could give Coach and Carriage a 10 star review because they were professional, provided outstanding service, and advocated for me with the insurance company! Coach and Carriage were incredible in helping me with my car situation and did an outstanding job in fixing my trunk door and back light after an accident.My car was hit from behind by a pickup truck and I had to go through the insurance of the truck to get them to cover my repairs. I was given a check to cover the costs for this and went to Coach and Carriage due to their great reviews online. As soon as they started work on it, Coach and Carriage reached out to me stating that the insurance company of the truck undervalued how much damage was done from the crash.When I had reached out to the insurance company, they refused to cover any more repairs. Coach and Carriage advocated for me with the insurance company and were in constant contact with me regarding the car repairs and what I should do next. Additionally, Joe from Coach and Carriage did an excellent job explaining all the information to me, from my car repairs to the insurance claim.In the end, the insurance covered the repairs and I got my trunk and back light repaired. This would not have happened if Joe had not advocated on my behalf with the insurance company. I am sincerely thankful for all the work Coach and Carriage did to fix up my car! They are an excellent auto body shop that truly cares for their customers and conducts quality auto body work!Service: Body & Trim

Poor customer care. Took over 45 days to fix. I lost my rental due to their poor communication with insurance company. I also waited 30 days to get my car in this place because they were so busy. Not a good place at all

Exceptional job on repair of front-end damage to my 2021 Honda CRV Touring. There was damage to the bumper, fender, hood, and some of the engine/mechanical parts (see attached pictures). I didn't know anything about Coach & Carriage of Natick, but after reading its reviews, I decided to repair it with them. It was the right decision because the work to repair it was fantastic. The car was spotless inside as well as out. Very pleasant to work with them. Customer service from the shop is excellent, especially Joseph Gagliardi who was my shop representative. He is a very diligent professional, courteous, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, but overall, the entire staff is extremely friendly and treated me with great professionalism and the utmost respect. I highly recommend them; you won't get disappointed. Thank you, Coach & Carriage!

Woman who works at the desk is a nightmare! I had to talk to her boss to get what I needed. I knew my request to get my own wallet from my car was not unreasonable. What an unpleasant experience. I was locked out of my own home and business the day prior because she refused to let me take my personal property! I had to call the local police and was told they cannot withhold my personal property from me. I had to come in and threaten police intervention before anyone agreed to let me get my things. Everyone else who helped me was very nice. Thank you so much for making my already stressful situation 100x more stressful. Do better!EDIT: They responded to my review saying this wasn't at Coach and Carriage but it actually was... it was a Coach and Carriage employee: Jill Barents. Just denying to cover their own employees bad behavior. The response has nothing to do with the issue I had... especially since my problem was resolved immediately when other employees intervened.

I got into a car accident in July and took my car to Coach & Carriage. Due to Covid and supply chain issues, it took longer than usual, but the folks at Coach & Carriage were fantastic. They communicated regularly, were friendly and helpful each and every time I spoke with them. In the end, they did an amazing job fixing my car. I would definitely recommend them.
