Love their clothing! So soft, fits well....but pricey! Very expensive. But their sales are sometimes good. Like today: got 30% already saled items. $48 for one shirt? Expensive. But good quality.

I've always liked their collection but this review is more for the store manager than the collection. Kate has recently joined Natick store and she's gone out of the way to help out with online orders when the online customer service was not empathetic at all with the situation. Such is the class and service one would expect from a premium store like AT and Kate totally lived up to it.

Ann Taylor and the Loft are favorite stores of mine. They have excellent selection of women's clothing done in very tasteful styles. I did go to this particular store this weekend and found exactly what I needed. I was happy. I did ask the cashier man if they give military discount and was told, word for word, "no we do not cater to soldiers". No discount, ok, no problem but was that really the best response to give a customer? Women are soldiers too, and I'm sure many of them shop at Ann Taylor and Loft. I do love the things I bought but was left with a " wow, I can't believe what I heard " kind of feeling. I'm disappointed. He try to make amends by saying how much he respects men and women in the armed forces but I still left a little disconcerted.

Went in to purchase something to wear to a semi-formal event, and was assisted by Donna. She was extremely helpful with finding the style and size that was appropriate for my body type, then accessorizing for the perfect look. She reviewed current sales, which actually resulted in a bigger purchase. I found Donna not only helpful, but quite funny! As it turned out, I was unable to attend the event and had to return everything. Donna was just as nice in taking the return as she was during the initial sale, and invited me back so she could help me find put together some other great everyday outfits. I will definitely return, not only because of the great customer service I received, but because I found the style of clothing much more desirable than in previous years of browsing there.
