Came in to this branch for the first time recently and was blown away by how nice and efficient everyone was. I came in to get a certified check, and Dell was so fast, I also asked about two other issues from a name change I had been trying to solve for literally years that other branches couldn’t solve - he literally told me exactly what I needed to do for one and completely solved the second. Excellent customer service! Thank you Dell and the woman at the counter who’s name I didn’t get!

Been on phone several times over past few weeks trying to communicate with Citizens Mobile banking tech team2plus yrs into virus blaming for wait times hung up on 4times by auto and service. Friday spoke with gentleman in Costa Rica and he said he fixed it after installation again ..then Sunday didn't alloy access again spoke with a young lady 1:01:44 time on phone tried installation of log in info provided by citizen tech support lady two 2 times worked she said on her computer not NOT on my phone..me mad she hangs up..lots of no help..on phone saw on my TV were 3 commercial on citz mobile banking features..like tap for pay by phone..

From the first time I came into this bank I felt a welcoming, friendly vibe. The two employees who I have interacted with the most, Matthew and Joe, are really great to work with, patiently explaining aspects of banking that were way over my head. They are polite, smiling and always willing to answer my questions and help me navigate my finances better. Most importantly they execute their jobs with integrity, I NEVER feel like I'm being pushed into opening a different type of account or any pressure for that matter. Highly recommend!!!

What a disappointment I switched banks from one citizens bank to another only to find out this branch has less incompetent people but less people working in general citizens Bank corporate replaced all of the staff at my branch with new less smart people so I transferred to a different branch only to find out the same thing citizens Bank has gone downhill it looks like it's finally time to switch to a different branch unfortunately. I have been with citizens Bank for 23 years now but it looks like it's time good luck with any of your issues as they will never get resolved unless you are OK with sitting on the phone for A minimum of one hour
