I was standing in line for more than 10 mins and the cashier would not stop talking to the lady in front of me.. this was really irritating because we wanted to check out so we could enjoy the rest of the mall. The other employee said that she couldn’t open the other cash counter. Eventually we gave up and left our items there.. This was really inconvenient and we really wanted to purchase the item..

You have nice clothes at very good prices, the only thing is that when you go to return something, they don't return the money to your card, they give you a credit for the store or to use it online.

A lot of cute and trendy stuff but fit and garment construction are often poor as to be expected fast fashion. The staff here always look either tired or annoyed but they’ll help you when they can, there’s usually only two people working so you might have to wait a few minutes before they can help you on the floor.

I’ve never been to a store with such poor management. I asked an employee if it was possible to return something for a store credit as I lost the receipt. He did not know the answer and suggested I speak with the manager, which he brought me to the counter.I waited five minutes before the manager even looked up at me. She was speaking with another store associate about something (which is fine, but at least acknowledge I’m there). Her words to me while looking down the whole time was “what’s your question?” I simply asked “is it possible to return an item without the receipt?”. The entire time she was looking into a book and responds “nope”. I was beginning to say thank you and she responded “I said no”.The entire time this manager never even looked up from her book. While reading reviews below, it seems this manager continues to have this disrespectful attitude towards customers.I hope management does something about this because this employee should not be a manger. I will not be back.

I am a very upset customer. I was in town for a funeral. I went to Charlotte Russe to try and find something to wear that day. It was right at 11, my cousin and myself were waiting outside of the store to open up. (Store at the Natick mall in MA) Before both doors were open, some lady who refused to give me her name mentioned no drinks in the store. I had already drank mine, my cousin still had hers. I asked the lady if we could bring it in if we didn't drink it, she said no, that it was nothing personal that it was that people did not listen and keep their masks down. My cousin drank her drink quickly and we proceeded in. I was looking quickly because we were on a time frame. I went to check out, I asked the cashier lady who has reddish ends which perfume she liked, she pointed one out, I went to grab one to smell and she told me I couldn't do that. I made the comment about covid and how it is crazy. I had a pair of flats on the checkout table, she told me i could get another pair for $1.00. I asked her if the shoes on the wall counted and she said yes all except the sneakers. I ran over there to try to pick a shoe so i didn't hold up the line just in case someone else jumped in. There were signs on the wall, i COMPLETELY MISSED them, im sorry im human. The manager came out of the backroom and said "You are not allowed to try the shoes on there's about 12 signs in front of you" so rudely. I mentioned I am sorry but there was no need to be rude. She started getting loud with me, put her hand in my face once I started walking towards the front. She was talking so loudly and being so rude and hostile. NEVER in my life have i dealt with management like that. I was in tears. She refused to sell me my things and refused to give me her name. My card was in the card reader already and she told the cashier lady that "I can get out of her store" She then proceeded to call mall security on me saying i was being "unruly". Mall security showed up and she told them that my cousin and I made a huge deal on the drinks when she told us that it was not allowed. WHICH WAS A LIE!! I had already called the corporate office and the mall management. NEVER in my life had i had to deal with something like this, i am not from the area and for me to get treated this way was unacceptable. She refused to give me her name when I asked because I was going to report her. Her words exactly were "It's none of your business" She told security she had a name tag on but she did not, the only one who had one on was the cashier. I am still so upset over this. I am back home now in Texas and settled back into my normal routine so i am finally able to send this email. I am so sorry it's lengthy but I wanted to make sure everything was said. I have NEVER had to go to this extent with a matter but i am genuinely so upset and hurt by this. I had to take more time out of my day to find something to wear to my uncle's funeral. I hope this gets addressed.

Not the same as it used to be, now random ugly clothes that seem to be just leftovers that they’re trying to get rid of, but the cashier was very nice-the girl from Rhode Island.
