Lots of shoes. Not very good on the available sizes. Jenny was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She helped me and my kid out big time. We didn't get shoes from her this round, but we'll be back to get them from her. I wish the company did bonus structures for the people actually doing the work. Kinda sad and a bit selfish of the company as a whole. But Jenny was awesome.

I bought a pair of shoes for 130 DOLLARS, these really nice looking nikes, but they were mitch matched even though they weren't supposed to be just one colour. And I SPECIFICALLY asked for it to be just black and blue. Also, when he gave me the box and I opened it up, the worker had put the wrap only over the white shoe and not the black one. It seems to be that he did this on purpose, and they should have better customer service and should make sure that they are doing things right. (The shoes are NOT supposed to be mitch matched, because the style of these shoes is just one color.)

Went to the mall yesterday 1/6/21 at 4pm this store was closed lights off &doors locked but there was one employee inside that seemed to be shopping for himself. Very annoyed. Went elsewhere

Rude store owner to teenage kids waiting in line at the store next to his - instead of saying happy holidays and could you step aside from the door we were threatened with "use your head" when we were there for seconds .... and then he complained to mall security - lost three ot families business for his behavior because they planned to go into his store after pac sun - take a breath dude and maybe yo good customer service will gain you some customers

Really good employees they treat the customers very well . They always offer shipping . Maybe free shipping I believe too . Tip there The first floor by finish line . Right by lord n Taylor mall entrance . The employees always greets you at the door . TIP the corid virus they only allow 14 customers per line I believe . They have have hand sanitizer as well . They get updated sneakers and clothes . Weekly . Tip there receipts give you survey wheb done it gives you $10.00 off of $50.00 I have example on the picture

Don’t give Champs your business go somewhere else,their product aren’t taken car off they ship out damaged and creased shoes and don’t care about costumer service.If I was you I’d take my money somewhere else!!
