My partner and I have had an amazing experience with this location. We tried two different mattresses utilizing their try it out policy and fell in love with our second one (Wave Hybrid). Aside from loving our mattress the customer service was TOP NOTCH. Huge thank you to Emily and Ben for your attention to detail and looking out for us as customers. We will definitely recommend you guys and continue to use your products.

Awesome retail experience! Emily and Jimmy saved the day when another mattress we had ordered got lost in transit. Their customer service was great from beginning to end. Casper mattresses are the best!!!

I love all the products! From mattress to sheet and pillows I am slowly building the full setup. They team there was great taking the time to learn my needs and what products suited me and my budget best. They didn't just try and sell me the most expensive stuff.Wasn't fully formed the first night but still a better sleep than my previous bed. By night 2 it reached it's full height and has been a dream since (2 months in)Already have sent 2 more family members to get Casper beds and see the difference it can make in a night's sleep.

Great store, great product. Terrible service! The girls were great but the guy Tim was horrible. I was going to purchase a few more but I’m no longer interested. I don’t recommend buying from him.
