Exceptional service. Responded promptly to my phone call and was on site within 30 minutes. The first battery did not work, and they were kind enough to drive back to the shop and get a new one, no questions asked. Would recommend to anyone.

definitely saved my bacon. battery died in a parking garage, and roadside assistance wouldn't help out, I assume because it was not enough clearance for a tow truck. Found CTBS and he was there in like 45 minutes, I was on my way shortly after. I left the number with the parking garage just in case! Highly recommend.Service: Battery

Great service. Battery Terminal was stuck and I couldn’t get it off while trying to change my battery. They showed up quick and took them 15 minutes to fix the problem take the old battery out and put the new one in. Saved me from getting it towed and put in the shop for 3 weeks. Woke up to a dead car this morning. This company popped right up when I came to google searching for a fast easy fix knowing I needed a new battery ASAP. Ross answered right away and within an hour he was at my house, confirmed it was in fact the battery, replaced it, and I was on my way. Super convenient and no issues so far. Called Sunday after lunch. He was at hour house less than an hour later. 10 minutes after he arrived, the new battery was in and our car was starting like new.Note that we only used a service like this because we knew our battery was towards the end of it's life---it was 6.5 years old and had failed twice before (one when it was 0F outside and ~6 months ago when conditions weren't so bad). After getting jumped after the previous failure, our mechanic said that other components (such as the alternator) seemed fine and suspected the battery, but also didn't think it needed immediate replacing. In this case, we just got back from a 2 week trip (which I now know increases the chance of a car failing to start since the car drains a small amount of electricity while sitting).Service: Battery
