I had an excellent experience at the Brooks Brothers in the Natick Mall. Needed a suit for a wedding three weeks from now. I am not a fashionista but Mo helped me pick a nice looking suit, and a few shirts to go with it, and Mustafa did a great job with measurements and adjustments. Very happy I went to Brooks Brothers for the suit

I’m not the type to leave reviews — especially one star reviews — but this store is a deserved exception. I was rudely treated by the older employee that, from these other reviews, a great many other people have also encountered. I have never seen service so blatantly insulting, on a measure so entitled. I would call him a piece of work but I’d specify: not a very sophisticated one. I had intended to purchase a white cricket sweater but given the demeanor of and treatment by that employee, I will never solicit this store again — not without rotten eggs and a list of synonyms for ‘rude.’ Brooks Brothers management needs to remove this man.

Have been to many Brooks Brothers store, and yesterday we went there to buy some shirts for my husband. An old man named Hudson works there refused us to try it on. We know the size and want to try different color and pattern, but got refused. We were told that Brooks Brothers is not a try on store, and they cannot accept if every customer come in and try without buying it. Folding and buttoning up the shirts are labor consuming.??♀️He asked us the hold the shirt with the pattern and color we like and put it beside the face to see if we like it?I can’t accept his theory. Only a small piece of cloth with pattern is not enough to tell if it really match the person. It’s just like a color palette cannot tell it matches well with with the entire room. In addition, if you work at a clothes store, folding and buttoning shirts is part of your job. Of course we will appreciate you helping us. If you don’t like your job then stay at home. No need to brag you drive an Audi

I am not the only one who thinks the older white salesman is rude and dishonest.He treated us like we have never bought any good suits and tried to hard sell the wrong size because there’s no stock for the right size. He touched the inner shirt that my dad had on disrespectfully and without asking for permission. We were so shocked.I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or he’s actually racist, he talked to the other customer who’s black with an impatient tone as well. This store has an very unwelcome vibe.

A very rude older man approached me and my friends and while one of us was politely trying on a jacket and he then told my friend that he was “too small” for the clothes and because of this we needed to leave immediately. I really don’t think that’s a respectable reason to kick people out of a store, especially because we were not being disrespectful whatsoever. I’ve never met such a rude worker at this mall, he acted like he was running a museum and we were little kids touching the exhibits.

The employee working today in the Natick, MA store on 11/28 at 12:30 PM was rude, combatant, and patronizing. I don't how people get away with this. I will never return to this store. They try to stick you with the highest possible price. BUY ONLINE and then pick it up and return it if it doesn't work . Don't trust the employees at this store.
