Worst vet ever, we brought in our 9 month old puppy and the vet said she didn’t need stitch , we had to bring her into our regular vet and she needed 4 stitches and could of lost her pawWe will never go there again and will NEVER recommend them to anyoneIt’s been over 2 weeks and they haven’t trite fix their mistake you think a good vet would attempt to make it right not this place all they care about is how fat there wallets getYou think a good emergency vet clinic would make sure you pet gets a fast and smooth recovery and find the reason why the pet is in the clinic and do what it takes to make the pet better not this place this place just wants to make the wallet bigger

I was very satisfied with everyone but the doctor that saw my puppy that actually needes 4 stitches that Nighy when we went to Boston west the doctor said it was a small cut clearly it was not . Was told to just keep a sock on it when she went outside been 3 days no word from manager like they said they would get back to me getting ashamed guess ill be taking my pets other place when they do have an emergency been 2 weeks cause tiana getting her stitches out today Tuesday no word from anyone

Tough day yesterday as we had to put our cat down. When our regular vet was unable to see us - Boston West made time for us right away, diagnosed her and offered our options and their potential outcomes and costs. We made the decision to put her down (very, very sick Kitty) and the team was caring and compassionate while being highly respectful and professional. Made a difficult day a bit easier and we are very appreciative. Five stars.

We brought our dog in as she was limping. They were clear and up front that more severe emergencies need to be seen first which makes complete sense. What was frustrating was that they couldn't tell us how long we would have to wait. After two hours we were told we were next to be seen. After the third hour we left never having been seen.

We had to take our older cat in today on an emergency basis. Everyone on staff was very kind, especially the technician Lynn, who was fantastic and is definitely a cat whisperer, and Dr. Gabree. They diagnosed his condition, didn't run any kind of unnecessary tests, and started medications right away. They were also very thorough in their explanations of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better vet urgent care experience and wish they did primary care veterinary care too. Thanks!

Wonderful experience helping my 2 month puppy through a vomiting/diarrhea/dehydration episode that came on very quickly. They were kind, understanding and knowledgeable. Dr. Gabree & team thank you so much.

This place is amazing. They were able to get my dog in for a CCL consultation before anyone else and got her TPLO surgery done just a couple weeks later. We just got home from our 2 week post-surgical visit. As soon as we got out of the car and my dog realized where she was, her tail started wagging. When Dr. Alsup came in the room and sat down, she plopped her chin in his lap. Dr. Alsup and all of the staff at Boston West were amazingly competent and compassionate. Highly recommend!

A heartfelt thank you to Boston West Veterinary Emergency and Speciality❣️. On October 14th our dog (nearly 16 years old, who was in health decline) woke me at 3:30am in distress and unable to get up or walk to any degree. It was a Saturday and I was desperate to end his suffering. I reached out to Boston West Veterinary and Speciality for help in our hour of need. They are an animal emergency hospital open 24/7 in Natick, MA. I have never received that level of compassion for our situation “ever”❣️. Not only did they help our beloved dog, pass peacefully… They were beyond compassionate and understanding. Today on 10/26/23 I received a card from (6)❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ of their staffs members, expressing their condolences. This literally brought me to tears. I am beyond thankful for their assistance, kindness and understanding. In this day and age; it is rare to find any company/agency that seems to care about anything other than money. Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Speciality has not only met my needs they greatly surpassed my greatest expectations. So to Boston West Veterinary Emergency and Specialty… Thank you for the bottom of my heart❣️

My dog Mitts underwent a life saving surgery in the hands of Boston West Veterinary. With some of the kindest staff I’ve ever met, there is no other place I’d ever bring my baby in the case of an emergency!

They were kind understanding and available in the middle of the night. I got professional care for my dog who was at the end of her leash on life. I am very pleased with the care we got here.

They got us an appointment the day after we called, and everything went very smoothly. We've been at this practice through two minipoodles; there are transitions now but all is good.

This place is still amazing. My dog was unfortunately given something very expired and I had to take her in because I was concerned that she might need to have her stomach pumped from the amount of bacteria in her tummy. Thankfully they were able to explain to me the best things to do, take her into the other room and do those things, and give her every treatment there and for me to give her at home they could while also letting me know that if anything happened, I could take her back there ASAP because it's 24/7. It's also worth noting that the doctors and the vet tech here are exceptionally good at handling dogs, even ones like mine who tends to be very upset at the vet. I really can't recommend this place enough. If you ever need an emergency veterinary service in this area absolutely go here.
