Tory was superb to work with as she handled the sale of my mother's condo. With Tory's guidance and help, we were able to prep, post, and sell within weeks, and got above asking price! She made things easy by connecting us with a storage facility nearby, an attorney to close with, and handled many of the details such as final smoke detector inspection, final water etc., AND went above and beyond by taking a few leftover paint cans we left behind to the local recycling center herself! Super communicative and always available, i highly recommend Tory.

We ended up serendipitously learning about a house that was For Sale By Owner, a situation new to us that made us somewhat uneasy. Tory provided expert guidance, knowledgeably answering every question, giving sage advice about how to handle our offer, and calmly reassuring us as we moved through each step toward closing. Her long history in Natick and comprehensive knowledge of the market played a significant role in the success of this process for us. Being the only realtor involved in this transaction definitely created more work for Tory, but she handled all the details in a timely and detail-oriented manner. Tory was wonderful to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. We made an offer on our first time out with Tory, and we are sure this would have been impossible if Tory hadn't fielded so many of our questions in advance. We felt prepared to move forward quickly with her support and expertise.Through this first home purchase, Tory made sure we understood the process and terminology. Even when we were confused, since there is a lot to learn quickly, Tory patiently answered our questions - even when we had asked them before. I can not say enough nice things about working with Tory to sell our house! We started the process in a less than ideal environment in the peak of the Covid-19 quarantine. I was pretty anxious about what seemed like an impossible task to sell our home in unprecedented times, but then a friend recommended Tory! From our first video chat I could tell how knowledgeable she was and how wonderful she would be to work with. She immediately gave us a plan on how to market our home and as restrictions became more clear/lifted we moved forward in listing our home. We couldn't be happier to say that with all of her hard work we got multiple offers and are thrilled to say we sold we house! Throughout the whole process Tory was fantastic at communicating what was needed and I never felt unprepared or out of the loop. My experience selling was so good that when I also decided it was time to buy a new home I couldnt imagine working with anyone else. I recently sold my house in Natick MA using Board and Park closing the transaction on 6/19/20. I had to put the property on the market at the beginning of the COVID-19 surge. Obviously, I was extremely nervous taking such a risk as no one new how bad things would get. Tory, from Board and Park, successfully marketed the property navigating through all the COVID requirements and precautions. The whole process took 60 days and the best part was all parties involved were safe, secure, and healthy. I have no reservations recommending Tory in any kind of real estate transaction.
