How many times have you gotten to say you had a great car buying experience? My son’s car was totaled from a deer and the search for a car was not an easy one. We found a great used Subaru at Bernardi. Contacted them online and said we were interested but could only come to take a look 2 days later as it was an hour and twenty minute ride for us. They reserved it. We noticed the price had gone up $500 online in the meantime though and they were nice enough to honor once we made them aware, but basically said they had no room for "deals" which we knew already, the used car market is insane. Morkos Azez was our salesperson. He was wonderful, very informative, kind and not pushy at all. Overall the paperwork didn't take too long, honestly the finance department took the longest and getting through declining all the warranties was the most tedious part of the entire transaction but it was fine. After that they reviewed a few things we asked to get fixed/cleaned and had the car ready for us in a couple days. Morkos was nice enough to offer us a tank of gas the next time we were in the area, which will probably never happen as we live far but it was a wonderful gesture. The major qualifier for us and the kind of dealership it is was that 4 weeks later my son got a nail in his tire. Went to fix it and the repair shop said the tires on that side of the car were dry rotted (nothing that can be really seen to the naked eye as it did pass inspection and had plenty of tread). We called Morkos, he told us to give him a few hours to talk to management and they agreed if we sent pictures and they saw the same thing they'd replace all the tires and they did. They could have given us a hard time about it and we know that ultimately they probably didn’t make any $ or even lost some after the tires but did it anyway. Really wonderful experience! I can't say enough about this dealership.

Saturday before closing, a sales associate told my sibling to not return the trade in with bullet holes in it. Didn't think this was the quality of employees Bernardi has to offer.

I bought my 2016 Honda Accord from Bernardi Honda and have been taking it there for oil changes/maintenance since I bought the car. While service is overall good, it seems every time I go there from an oil change, they seem to find things wrong with my car and sometimes the cost is in the thousands. While I understand there are regular maintenance to be done, it makes me leery to buy another Honda again from Bernardi. I thought Hondas are supposed to be reliable. I had a Nissan that was more reliable!

Never again. Miserable experience. Put a $500 deposit on a car, knowing we could get it back if we changed our minds. We did change our minds. Told the dealer the same. Despite texting and calling more than twice, it's been almost a month and we have not received our refund. NOTE: Salesman claimed he told us when we were there that a refund could not be refunded to our credit card, and that it had to be in form a check. One - He never told us that. Two - What? Refunding the credit to the card should be a no-brainer. Still waiting for our refund.

We had a wonderful experience at Bernardi Honda! Everyone was very professional yet very personable. We worked mostly with Victor Medina and couldn't have been happier. Victor listened closely to all of the specifics that we were looking for. He didn't rush us and he answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once! Lol! Victor continued to be in contact while we were waiting for the car to be ready. And on pick up day, Victor took the time to show us everything in the new car and was just as excited as we were. I would definitely return to Bernardi Honda in the future and will gladly recommend them. Ask for Victor Medina (you won't regret it!!)! ?

Terrible customer service, my boyfriend came in to get his AC fixed, employee said the car will done the next the day. He calls them and they tell him that the car wasn’t looked at which is highly unprofessional. Employee says yesterday that the car would be ready today by 7, they reach out to him this morning saying he has to pay for a part which is out of his extended warranty. This is very unprofessional for Honda, giving him wrong information and communicating saying his car will be ready by a specific time when and also not diagnosing the car all at once. Very shameful and bad service.

Although the gentleman I worked with in the service department was very pleasant and helped me in a very meaningful way, most of the rest of my experience was quite disappointing! To begin with, what I was told when I showed up was VERY different from what I was told when I called the "service dept" number on their web-site and it left me in a bad place. Worse yet, they tried very hard to up-sell me in over $3,000 worth of service that my mechanic [who's done a GREAT job supporting me through the years!] says is unnecessary, and in a couple of cases, damaging! [I know dealerships up-sell, but $3,000? That's ridiculous!!!] Much less importantly, most of their waiting areas are quite uncomfortable [come on, you're a MULTI-million dollar business, get some decent chairs] and their "business center" is cramped and quite noisy ... hard to do much of anything with soo many distractions close by. Overall, yes you could do worse, but the fact that I got SUCH inaccurate info when I called and the fact that they tried to up-sell me on SOO much useless service is a bit much to take!

I purchased a CPO used 2021 Honda CR0-V. Bob McGrath was my sales consultant -- and great to work with. I was in a rush to purchase and Bob did all he could to move things along. I especially want to note that when a minor problem (with a tire) appeared right after I took ownership, the dealership responded very well and took care of things. I would definitely buy again from Bob and Bernardi Honda.

Wanted a $500 refundable deposit just to TEST DRIVE a car? I’ve never had that asked of me in my life, nor has anyone I’ve asked. Drove 1.5 hrs to test drive this car, which they were well aware of ahead of time, and didn’t tell me of this deposit until I arrived. Was pretty interested and was maybe going to buy it in full outright, but if they’re asking for a deposit to test drive it, I quite frankly don’t trust them enough to buy from them, regardless of how rare and likely to sell this car was.

I took my CRV in for the oil maintenance service. My service advisor, David Savage, came over and explained everything to me. He was very diligent, attentive and great to work with. I highly recommend them for all your car needs.
