We came to Bella Sisters as out of towners from LA. They were located by the hotel we were staying at. My daughter and I had haircuts and my sister had a blowout. We had a wonderful experience I only wish we were located closer so we could go back. Each one of us had an awesome hairdresser and we loved it. The prices are reasonable and the first visit you get 25% off -you just can't beat that! Highly recommend!!

I had a truly fantastic experience today with Marlena. I had a special event and the morning before, my usual hairstylist fell ill. In a desperate attempt to get color last minute, I called Bella Sisters (the salon I use for keratin with the masterful Francisco), and Fernanda found me a spot with Marlena. I am not an easy client. My hair pulls dark with color and Bella Sisters doesn’t use my usual brand of color. I sent Fernanda my formula and she had Marlena reformulate it the brand they use. I also explained that while I needed some color balancing on the ends, she had to be careful because again, my hair pulls dark. Marlena listened really carefully, tweaked my processing time and lo and behold….she NAILED it! This may not seem like a big deal but in recent years, I’ve given 3 other hairstylists the same instructions and each time, I wound up with roots that were 2 levels too dark. Marlena is truly skilled and just so sweet (again, after 3 botched colors, I am not an easy client). Thank you Marlena!!!!!

The owners of the salon are absolutely wonderful. They Acknowledge me every time I come in. Roberta is my stylist and she’s so sweet and kind. I’ve been going to Bella Sisters since they were located in Framingham. I highly recommend this place as I always have a wonderful experience. DESTROYED MY HAIR! Got a half brazilian blowout (only get it done on top of hair to avoid being too flat) with Francisco over the weekend, washed my hair on Sunday and it was all burnt!! I have had brazilian blowout before and the product is great, except he used flat iron in such extreme temperature that it melted my hair, and burnt my scalp, it started by being itchy and a week later I had a scalp scabs!! Nightmare!! ASs mentioned, I only geet half BB and it made clear it was the heat know because the bottom hair that didn't receive the product was even worse. Called Fernanda (o) on Tuesday - they are close on Monday, she immediately had the attitude of well that doesn't happen, never heard of it before, etc. to the point that I asked her if she was thinking it was a made up story and if she would be interested in seeing my hair at all?!! Reluctantly she makes an appointment for a Saturday and says it is just to see, I confirmed "Is it just to see it?" YES! They are phony as it gets, large fake smiles, outdated professionals, not sure their products are even genuine, I could tell she had no intention of taking responsability for the lousy job. Instead. of appointment with her I went to doctor's appointment to treat my scalp injuries. Doctor was perplexed! I went to the salon, Fernanda (o) inquired if I had a way to prove it? She/He was rude and immediately threatened to call the police and lock me out the place!! hahah I said g ahead and call the Police but then she backed down. What was he going to tell the police? I burnt this lady hair and scalp and she wants me to treat it?!! I am taking the legal route, someone needs to stop them from doing this to people, its endless reviews like this. They might survive on walk-ins... being near the Burlington factory or Savers not sure which...

This place deserves more then 5 stars, everyone is so kind and so welcoming, makes sure that you are comfortable, and make sure you are leaving fabulous if youre thinking of coming here, i say do it!! you wont regret it!
