Today, I went again, and they finally agreed to do the update but then said it’s out of warranty and will cost $129.99. Their service is truly amazing.”

“How many times have you gotten to say you had a great car buying experience? My son’s car was totaled from a deer and the search for a car was not an easy one. We found a great used Subaru at Bernardi. Contacted them online and said we were interested but could only come to take a look 2 days later as it was an hour and twenty minute ride for us. They reserved it. We noticed the price had gone up $500 online in the meantime though and they were nice enough to honor once we made them aware, but basically said they had no room for "deals" which we knew already, the used car market is insane. Morkos Azez was our salesperson. He was wonderful, very informative, kind and not pushy at all. Overall the paperwork didn't take too long, honestly the finance department took the longest and getting through declining all the warranties was the most tedious part of the entire transaction but it was fine. After that they reviewed a few things we asked to get fixed/cleaned and had the car ready for us in a couple days. Morkos was nice enough to offer us a tank of gas the next time we were in the area, which will probably never happen as we live far but it was a wonderful gesture. The major qualifier for us and the kind of dealership it is was that 4 weeks later my son got a nail in his tire. Went to fix it and the repair shop said the tires on that side of the car were dry rotted (nothing that can be really seen to the naked eye as it did pass inspection and had plenty of tread). We called Morkos, he told us to give him a few hours to talk to management and they agreed if we sent pictures and they saw the same thing they'd replace all the tires and they did. They could have given us a hard time about it and we know that ultimately they probably didn’t make any $ or even lost some after the tires but did it anyway. Really wonderful experience! I can't say enough about this dealership.”
