Please allow me to save you some time. I shopped/considered nearly every Audi dealer from Falmouth, ME to Shrewsbury, MA.Audi Natick is easily the best.Need more than that? Read on Macduff.Their price was the most competitive by far, their customer service was absolutely exceptional and they went, in my opinion, above and beyond to make me a client.Domenic Q. is a phenomenal salesman. He was professional, prompt and courteous. His good listening, problem solving skills and knowledge about his product were second to none. I felt truly valued as a customer and confident that Domenic and his "can do/competitive" would take care of me. Finally, his attitude and disposition made it a truly enjoyable experience.Tegan V. the Business Manager, was also exceptional. She made sure I understood all the options, was no pressure and highly informative. She was very entertaining to talk with and yet did not waste time. She was covering for someone who had to step out and I never noticed a thing. Tegan knows the auto business and was very straightforward and easy to work with. Of all the auto management folks I've met in my life, Tegan is the best.I did have the opportunity to interact with service and parts and ashamedly, do not remember the individuals' names. Both were polite and professional and, most impressively, immediately knew what my questions were and had answers. For all the business they have going on, that's commendable.As my 10th car purchase since I was an idiotic 16, this was by far the best experience. It was, dare I say it, fun! I wholeheartedly recommend Audi Natick and am definitely coming back here when it's time for another Audi.

The 50K service was thorough and completed sooner than I expected. Ali, the representative, is very knowledgeable and professional. The inspection video from all angles was quite informative.

I recently visited Audi Natick in search of a 2024 Q5 model, hoping for a positive experience. I had already been given an offer from a different dealership which I came in to at least be matched in my color preference. Unfortunately, my encounter with the manager left me extremely dissatisfied. My salesman, Zak, was polite and courteous.Regrettably, I was presented with pricing options for a used Q5 or the white Q5 I test-drove, neither of which met my color and package preferences. When I inquired about exploring this offer further with my wife, I encountered what I perceived as low-class intimidation tactics, including statements like "this deal won't be available if you walk out that door" and "the deal numbers are proprietary information." The manager's intimidating remarks during negotiations were unwarranted and contributed to a highly unpleasant atmosphere. Essentially I walked out of the dealership with no lease offers or numbers to reflect on at home.I believe there's a crucial need for improvement in training and communication techniques for all staff. My subsequent visit to Audi Brookline, where they not only matched a previous offer but exceeded expectations, highlighted the stark contrast in customer service.This feedback reflects my genuine disappointment with the overall customer experience at Audi Natick.I have already sent a detailed outline to Wunna Zeya who is their current General Manager.

Easy to schedule and easy to talk to about what needed to be done. I loved the video report from the tech servicing the car! I have been bringing my Audi here for almost 10 years for service and not once has the work not been right the first time. All in all, the highest quality service I have ever experienced.

I had a terrible experience with this car dealership. They sold me a car with only 24,000 miles on it, but it turned out to have almost no brakes. While driving, I noticed the car shaking when I tried to brake. When I brought it back to the store, they assured me they had fixed the issue, but it was clear that they had deceived me. The car was essentially sold to me without proper brakes, which was extremely dangerous and disappointing.

This dealership understands how to treat their customers. I was not expecting to purchase a new vehicle and was only considering CPO. Due to the phenomenal customer service, sales experience and non-pressure attitude I purchased my first Audi. I will absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle. Joey and Scott are true professionals who treat each customer with respect and take time to understand their clients. If I could give 10 stars to this review and dealer I would. Look no further than Audi Natick, you won’t be disappointed.
