The girls on the floor are not helpfulat all. You would think their goal was to move their inventory. I went in looking for a specific pant I love. The specific pant they did not have the color in the store. The girl on the floor stated just order the pant on line and walked away…I then went to the Athleta store at Blackstone.The service was night and day. The floor attended ordered the pant for me and also pulled a few other things for me to try. I lovedeverything the attendant pulled for me. These girls know their inventory and are there to assist you,The attendants at the Natick Mall need some customer service training!!!

Closes an hour before the mall closes! Went to return something at 8:15 while every other store in the mall is open until 9, and the doors are locked and workers inside just staring at you. You should probably have the same hours as the actual mall.

Absolutely the best leggings money can buy! I have been a big Athleta fan for a few years now and every sweatshirt I've bought from them is still in great shape!

The girls in the Natick location are awesome and no complaints... HOWEVER no matter what you do DO NOT FALL to open the athleta Visa card . My experience has been beyond awful.... In order to figure out my problem "TO PAY MY BALANCE" I had to threaten them that my lawyer will have to contact them. "They couldn't find my account, but the money I owed them was there. Then it was so hard to find a good customer service rep on the phone to deal with, and when I did they gave me attitude and sarcasm and most importantly they didnt even listen to what I had to say....They hang up on you if u get "a bit frustrated " and the option to review your call? doesn't exists. So disappointed in one of my favorite companies Well lululemon it is

I love Athleta but this was my first time here and employees were not very welcoming. Not even a "hi" as you enter. I decided to head into the store because there were a couple of pieces I saw online that I wanted to try on to make sure they fit before buying them. Unfortunately, what I was looking for was not in the store in the colors I wanted. I was looking specifically for some bright colors like orange and purple in their Sunlover UPF line for a vacation I'll be on soon. They were out of L and XL sports bras in a lot of styles and really only has S, XS, XXS available. I went to try on some pieces and asked if you can just go in to try on items.. The woman I spoke with said yes, just choose anywhere... A girl beside me trying on clothes was in a stall that had her name on it and another athleta employee was helping her. I was curious why no one took my name and put it on my stall, even after I asked a Overall, I recommend purchasing online, you can always return to a store (get credit to your card in a couple days) to avoid the hassle of printing return label and returning via UPS and get refunded ~ 7-10 days later. There are more offerings online too than in store and they seem to have more items on sale online. They usually always have some type of coupon running that you can use online too. Only perk of going in may be the 10% student discount... but honestly I would forgo that just due to lack of attentiveness from employees and not having a great experience here due to that.
