The girls on the floor are not helpfulat all. You would think their goal was to move their inventory. I went in looking for a specific pant I love. The specific pant they did not have the color in the store. The girl on the floor stated just order the pant on line and walked away…I then went to the Athleta store at Blackstone.The service was night and day. The floor attended ordered the pant for me and also pulled a few other things for me to try. I lovedeverything the attendant pulled for me. These girls know their inventory and are there to assist you,The attendants at the Natick Mall need some customer service training!!!

Closes an hour before the mall closes! Went to return something at 8:15 while every other store in the mall is open until 9, and the doors are locked and workers inside just staring at you. You should probably have the same hours as the actual mall.

Absolutely the best leggings money can buy! I have been a big Athleta fan for a few years now and every sweatshirt I've bought from them is still in great shape!

The girls in the Natick location are awesome and no complaints... HOWEVER no matter what you do DO NOT FALL to open the athleta Visa card . My experience has been beyond awful.... In order to figure out my problem "TO PAY MY BALANCE" I had to threaten them that my lawyer will have to contact them. "They couldn't find my account, but the money I owed them was there. Then it was so hard to find a good customer service rep on the phone to deal with, and when I did they gave me attitude and sarcasm and most importantly they didnt even listen to what I had to say....They hang up on you if u get "a bit frustrated " and the option to review your call? doesn't exists. So disappointed in one of my favorite companies Well lululemon it is
