I really wanted to purchase some shoes from this store because I do like the brand, but the salesman was very rude and judgmental. Maybe I will give it another shot another day, but I am considering just bringing my business elsewhere.

Very nice, and if it was not very expensive I’d probably go there. But I think the price is a bit steep for the quality. If they were cobblers it would be a different story.

My first visit to the Allen Edmonds store was last month, when I had to exchange a pair of Randolph penny loafers purchased online; the size ordered was too small. The manager professionally took my shoe size and gave me the correct size. She also sold me a pair of Cap Toe Oxfords and some associated items. A good experience all in all. I also need to add that she was pro-veteran and was appreciated.

I am a new customer, and after some advice from an associate of mine and reviews online from cobblers and owners decided to order a pair. I ordered online, but I made a big mistake as the shoe sizing differs from what I have been using with other brands. So, after receiving the Allen Edmonds Randolph penny loafers, I drove to the Natick store. The store manager was very professional, took the time to use the Brannock device, discussed my correct shoe size with AE, and exchanged my shoes for a larger size. I received excellent customer service, and I was happy with my purchase. Allen Edmonds is a quality shoe manufacturer that stands by its products. They also value military veterans and is appreciated.

I always enjoy shopping here. The atmosphere is relaxed but professional, with no pressure of any kind. Just the way I like to shop. Sometimes I buy, sometimes I just explore, and sometimes I return stuff or exchange for a better fitting shoe after purchasing on line. All of my transactions are processed smoothly and quickly without a problem. Every time I go in I learn something new about a product, the various options that are available to me, and especially how the sizes of different shoes work, which helps me make better choices when purchasing new shoes. Freddy and Nicole are awesome! They are both very knowledgeable, helpful and willing to take the time to answer any questions you might have. Thanks to them I'm an educated shopper, always satisfied with the service and very happy with my purchases. Thanks guys!

By far the worse in store customer service out of all Allen Edmonds stores. Since the acquisition of the brand by Celeres (Famous Footwear) it feels like the brand not only has been taking a dive in terms of quality of their products (including quality control) but their customer service is now truly horrible, both online and especially in the Natick store.I made a web purchase and after calling customer support I was told the fastest way for them to process replacement (again.. a quality control defect in one of the shoes which was smaller than the size they had on the box) was to either go to a store or send back via UPS. Since I was going to the mall anyway I opted for the store visit. Upon explaining the situation, rather than simply taking the defective pair and just processing a replacement to be sent, the store manager explained that they will have to charge me for a new pair of shoes and process the refund of the web order (I assume so he could get credit for the sale of the pair he was going to send me as a replacement). The store manager only cares about his store.. and has no care about customer experience or support.

Really excellent customer service from both Rick and Ashleigh. Both sales people we very kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a a couple pairs and sharing relevant shoe care recommendations with me. I work in retail so getting this level of service is like a finding a diamond in the rough. Both employees deserve to be commended for providing me with an excellent experience each time I came in!
