My first visit to the Allen Edmonds store was last month, when I had to exchange a pair of Randolph penny loafers purchased online; the size ordered was too small. I was in the store yesterday and got great service and advice form both Ebeneezer and Felype. They made the process enjoyable! Then, Felype went ABOVE and BEYOND by personally delivering a pair of shoes I left behind by mistake. He did this on his own time and it showed his professionalism and customer focus. Thanks, guys!

The staff here is exceptional. Especially Ebenezer. He was not only friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgable, and professional, but it is so clear how passionate he is about the craft. He was very attuned to my needs and quickly pointed me in the right direction with the handsomest pair of shoes I've ever had.
