Dumber than doorknob workers! Jez! It's retail. The manager said over and over to customers she is sooo tired. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes while a customer was being helped with an item for her daughter who is an employee at the store! I look at the manager hoping to catch her attention to check out she ignores me. Then helps the same woman and is like such a long day!!! Lady stop being lazy!! You literally work in retail. It's not that hard... pay attention to customers and be more efficient. Also, I couldn't find my size in the store since nothing was restocked. Sad for this store rehire a new manager who'll actually do her job.

Went to the new location at the Natick mall. It's now located right the opposite of banana republic on the ground floor. Very disappointing!!! They don't display a lot of items!! The store is brighter and less fragrant aka less stinky! Super small and crowded!! Literally walked into one side of women clothing on the right side of the store, and decided to go without browsing. Nothing is special there. Would not go back to shop again. Maybe stick with online! But lately, new arrival and summer items suck anyway!

A little crowded for a clothing store, and very dark. The employees are nice and at least try to help! Prices are prices of A&F: not cheap, but not outrageously expensive. I like their sales! A couple times a year, jeans are 50% off!

The Natick Mall is an exquisite establishment! The floors of the mall have a remarkable stench and taste! A delight to the taste buds! If you ever have the chance to go remember to take a sniff and lick of the floors! Absolutely mind blowing, life changing, and all together an amazing experience! 5 stars!

Get ready to get some steps in because the Natick Mall is huge! Located in Greater Boston with over 200 stores, there's something for everyone. Anchor stores include Lord & Taylor, Macy's, Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, Wegmans, and Dave & Buster's. Plenty of food options as well like Met Bar & Grill, The Cheesecake Factory and P.F. Chang's. It's bright, airy and a great place to spend a few hours when the weather outside is bit too chilly to handle. It's hard to impress a California luxury mega malls native, but the Natick Mall didn't disappoint!

Have I reached the point in my Yelp career where I'm reviewing malls? Oh well, because the Natick Mall is definitely worth a respectable review! This is one of my fave malls in the Greater Boston area, and you'll find everything here from high end boutiques like Louis Vuitton and Hermes to more affordable staples like American Eagle and Hot Topic. There's something for everyone no matter your budget, and you'll have a wonderful time shopping in this sparkling clean building! They recently underwent some renovations, and while the mall itself is basically the same, they've spruced up the common sitting areas, where you can find a calm respite from your hectic shopping day, complete with cozy couches, comfy chairs, and plenty of outlets to charge your devices! I also really loved the new bathrooms located on the first floor of the mall across from the Nordstrom's flagship store. This is easily the fanciest mall bathroom I've ever been in (see photo), and I loved it! I mean, a chandelier and full sitting area?! Swanky! In addition to a wide array of shops, there are also a ton of dining options. Yes, they have a small food court, but I would recommend Natick's outpost of popular Boston restaurant Met Bar for an elevated take on a casual burger restaurants, or Bazile, the newly refurbished Nordstrom restaurant, which has healthy salads, pizzas, and sandwiches to keep you refueled and ready to take on your shopping list. They also have a PF Chang's as well, plus a few popup cafes (the one that sells crepes and gelato is AMAZING), a conveyor belt sushi restaurants, and a Red Mango frozen yogurt shop. You won't leave hungry, that's for sure! Natick Mall is a wonderful place to shop, especially as the holidays draw near. You'll find something for everyone on your list in this gorgeous shopping paradise, and I couldn't recommend it enough!

Fairly new store and they were busy today, Saturday. I looked around and then was greeted by the manager and he helped me place my order online. The only problem that I had was they would not take my Apple Card, still made the purchase as the manager said that they were working on it.

I've been going to this mall for many years now. I have always enjoyed coming here and seeing what new things/trends are in. They have plenty of stores to go clothes shopping, the food court is large and has a lot of options. Most of the time you can go here and have a good experience. But the retail apocalypse is real and this mall unfortunately is a victim to it. Less people frequent it over the years and some of my favorite stores have unfortunately closed down. I've had some of the best and worst moments at this mall. It's a place I would hope stays around forever but unfortunately every visit feels like it could be my last.

Natick Mall has every possible retail store you need! Plenty of restaurants or go to the Food Court. Parking is plenty... lots of exits. Grocery shop get your nails and hair done and hit the new Wayfair store.... great place too to get in "the step" program.

Do people actually review malls??? In brief, easy to find, and easily accessed via Route 9 and the Natick/Framingham exit on the turnpike. Acres and acres of free parking, and acres and acres of shopping. The complex can be confusing to navigate at first. It is an intricately designed facility, but the complexity is due to the many expansions and extensions of the property. The new, two story Wegman's kind of sucks up all the air in the room on one side of the mall, taking up both floors of the old J.c. Penney space. Dave & Buster's recently opened in the old Sears space on the opposite side of the mall. Although 95% of the parking is free, I prefer the paid parking area under the Natick Collection extension. It's a minimal rate of I think $6 for 3 hours. The parking is safe and secure, always an open space, and you can take the steps or an elevator right up into the center of the mall. There is also valet parking in a couple of areas. I recommend trying to avoid the holiday traffic and shop here at off-times and weekdays at that time of the year because the traffic around the mall does get ridiculous. For those worried about safety in such a big mall, Security is great. I had to call once from a parking garage because of an apparent domestic dispute that was about 2 minutes from becoming physical, and security responded and arrived very quickly. In 10 years, that was the only 'security' event I have witnessed. I see security patrols routinely through all levels of the parking garage and inside the mall, and i am comfortable visiting any part of the mall at any time of the day or night with my kids. If I had to find something that needs improvement here, it is the food court. It seems to undergo more facelifts than Dolly Parton, but the variety of these takeout places rarely change. That would normally be okay, but sometimes places appear to be open but nobody is there, and there are repeated concepts of Asian food that get old quick, and are just okay to begin with. One is even called Cajun Cafe or something like that, but all I see is Chinese food. The new Charlie's steak sandwiches is a welcome addition and is the kind of business I hope gets attracted to opening up in this food court. Because right now, as of the writing of this review, even though the eating area has been renovated, the food court restaurants have not. Other food kiosks get set up and established in the food court area then disappear quite frequently, so I'd say the whole food court management seems kind of lost. Lots of restaurants and other shopping is located nearby. Stop by Shopper's World in Framingham to see what an ailing giant strip mall looks like.

I love the natick mall, lots of different options for stores from cheap to very expensive. Great restaurants too. They've even got a brand new, 2 floor food store called Wegmans in the mall. It is the biggest mall in all of New England and is SO nice! It's not even close to one of your run down gettho like malls, it's the total opposite of that exactly! BEST place to go on a rainy day or just for fun. They even have a free little kids indoor playground

The Natick mall is a great place to hang out with friends and do some shopping. The reason I'm putting 2 stars is because the mall is not pet friendly yet every time I go I see pets running around. I have a highly trained service dog and so does my girlfriend. Every time we go to the mall our service dogs get lunged at and barked at. We have spoken to mall management and security yet they do nothing and continue to not even question people with pets. They also refuse to put up no pets allowed signs. This is a danger to all legit service animals, not just mine. My service dog has been bitten twice here by pet dogs that shouldn't have been in there. When my service dog was almost fully attacked by a husky and a pitty security did nothing after watching the video of the dogs freaking out and lunging at my dog barking and snarling. My girlfriends dog was attacked by a cocker spaniel with a man in a wheelchair that claims the dog is his service animal but the animal doesn't perform tasks and doesn't behave, meaning legally they can kick him out. After the attack we were told that the dog is banned from the mall yet when we saw the man and dog again and called security they did nothing and told us it was out of their hands... most of the security guards are incredibly nice and understand our frustration but they are not allowed to kick dogs out because their boss says so, even though the mall isn't pet friendly... Mall management refuses to change anything and put signs up saying no pets allowed. If my service dog or any of my friends service dogs get attacked in this mall one more time we will be suing the mall for letting these pets in. Real service dogs take 2 year to fully train and cost an average of $25,000-$50,000. These dogs are lifelines, they are not just pets. If one gets attacked then the dog may become fear reactive/aggressive towards other dogs meaning they can not be a service animal anymore. Meaning that time and money spent was for nothing and the person that so desperately needed a service dog needs to start all over again with a new dog. Leave your pets at home! Emotional support animals do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and they are not allowed in the mall either. A service animal is a dog or mini horse that has been trained to perform tasks for a person with a debilitating disability. Comfort does not qualify as a task.
