Dumber than doorknob workers! Jez! It's retail. The manager said over and over to customers she is sooo tired. I was waiting in line for 10 minutes while a customer was being helped with an item for her daughter who is an employee at the store! I look at the manager hoping to catch her attention to check out she ignores me. Then helps the same woman and is like such a long day!!! Lady stop being lazy!! You literally work in retail. It's not that hard... pay attention to customers and be more efficient. Also, I couldn't find my size in the store since nothing was restocked. Sad for this store rehire a new manager who'll actually do her job.

It’s your average Abercrombie in a mall situation. I’ve had great experience with the employees who are very willing to help! Only giving 4 stars because it is rather small with limited selection.

If you’re going to charge $7 for return shipping and force people to go in store to return things during a pandemic, at least make your employees wear masks.

Went to the new location at the Natick mall. It's now located right the opposite of banana republic on the ground floor. Very disappointing!!! They don't display a lot of items!! The store is brighter and less fragrant aka less stinky! Super small and crowded!! Literally walked into one side of women clothing on the right side of the store, and decided to go without browsing. Nothing is special there. Would not go back to shop again. Maybe stick with online! But lately, new arrival and summer items suck anyway!

not much an option for spring yet, but they have a clearance aisle they dubbed "last chance" for clothes that should be discounted but want to see if someone will pay original price before they mark it down, don't believe me? ask the staff

A little crowded for a clothing store, and very dark. The employees are nice and at least try to help! Prices are prices of A&F: not cheap, but not outrageously expensive. I like their sales! A couple times a year, jeans are 50% off!
