Service is non-existant if you have an early morning departure. Coffee? FORGETABOUIT. Checkout? Got 30min + to spare? Leaving from terminal 3, you'll need a taxi to get there. It is clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Not worth the money.
Walkability: Good if you are leaving from terminal 1
Food and drinks: You have to be kidding
Noteworthy details: We arrived from Cannes main SNCF station at about 6pm (18h00). It took our taxi driver 3 attempts going round and round till he found the road to the hotel reception area.

To pricey. They don’t even stock your fridge. Or include a bottle of water. Rooms are so basic.

The restaurant staff was beautiful and helpful. Front desk - older lady tough & unfriendly as if we disturbed her deep rest - the staring stabs.... hmmm - for what? Asking questions -

Food and drinks: Expensive
Noteworthy details: We couldn't check into our room but the next 4 groups were able to. We had to wait 3.5 hrs asking several times. @3:55 I asked & they still said no. Then offered would you want another room. OMG they could offer that 3.5 hrs earlier. I will never go back.

My boyfriend and I took our first trip to Nantucket on a cold, windy, rainy weekend and the Nantucket Inn was our saving grace!! We were picked up by the Inn’s shuttle service at the visitor center, which was very close to the ferry port, and brought to the Inn. The entire lobby/restaurant/bar area is all so beautiful and welcoming! The check in process was wicked easy and our room was even ready a little early, which was really nice as we needed a little reset after traveling. The room was cozy and fresh and very comfortable. My boyfriend loved that the a/c in the room worked exceptionally well… even if I did not lol. The shuttle took us in and out of town with ease and made not having a vehicle on the island so much easier. Overall, we had a phenomenal experience and I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Room was not ready for a 4:00pm check in, bar doesn't open until 4:00 and really not until like 4:30 by the time they set up the bar. Room does not have a safe even though they advertise it, I was told by the front desk they are on order??? TV in room is not HD and has limited channels, no ABC or NBC so you can't even watch the Olympics, was told by the front desk they are in the process of switching providers, odd because the bar/lobby has NBC and the Olympics on there. Rooms are updated and decent but so many other better places to stay on island.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Nantucket Inn. The rooms, common areas and pools were all recently renovated to perfection. The staff was fantastic. Fisher, Robin and David were great and were so kind to our five year old son who was traveling with us. Will definitely be back!!!

I have visited the Nantucket Inn several times now since it has undergone renovations, and it looks incredible! The room renovations are beautiful, the clubhouse/check-in area updated are as well. The staff is super-friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Shawn, Jon and Lisa, who could not have been more helpful. 10/10 recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Nantucket inn! Rooms were beautiful, and had all the extras we loved such as extra cozy bed, fantastic bathroom and decor that made us feel the essence of Nantucket even while tucked in. Service was incredible including the wonderful shuttle which allowed us to keep our car rental time to a minimum! Location was great, and the pool oasis made those times between activities even more relaxing. The lobby bar was awesome and we really enjoyed grabbing a cocktail while revisiting the days adventures.
Rooms: Beautifully appointed, decor was breezy and cozy and elevated
Safety: Felt extremely safe
Walkability: The grounds of the hotel have little courtyards between buildings, providing a retreat evenings or a play area for kids in a safe location while we got ready
Food and drinks: Cocktails bar and available food options at the hotel were delicious and were the cherry on top to our busy trip!
