“Cozy fall getaway at Hotel Pippa! Courtney always had a helpful activity/dining recommendation for us and the walkability of this hotel was truly amazing. Hotel Pippa captures the charm of Nantucket and we can’t wait to visit again.”

“21 Broad is the perfect place to stay on Nantucket. We were upgraded to a king room, which was a very nice surprise. The hotel is modern and updated on the inside, yet still has the classic charm. It's in a great location for those looking to explore the town by foot, and also has a large patio out back which was perfect for afternoon drinks. Lastly, Amanda at the front desk was extremely pleasant and super helpful - we will definitely be back!”

“Greydon House is a feast for the senses! Excellent house keeping and cleanliness. Visually stunning from top to bottom both outside and inside. Masterful design choices, textures and colors. Everywhere you step, the air is scented of rosemary, geranium, patchouli and bergamot. The drinks at the bar were delicious and the menu offerings superb! Ending the nights in the gorgeous tiled shower with excellent water pressure and then slipping into the comfortable bed with beautiful, soft linens while listening to the jovial activity below on the street through open windows was simply heaven. We will certainly be back!Rooms: Stunning details, VERY clean, well appointed and perfectly comfortable!Safety: We felt VERY safe!Walkability: Perfect location to all things downtown, shopping, dining and the ferries!Food & drinks: Top notch menu, STUNNING atmosphere!”

“Would have loved to give them a five out of five but unfortunately they drop the ball on breakfast. You were lucky to find an apple or an orange for fruit and nothing else. A place of this caliber if you're going to do a continental breakfast do it right make an assortment of fresh fruit available and healthy granola cereal. The other thing provide quality stronger coffee made in a quality percolator. Small things that can make a major difference in the start of your guests day.Other than that service was exceptional the building was exceptional The free bicycles were exceptional the location was exceptional! Our room didn't have a fridge but when we asked about it they had a guy move one in for us.Didn't hear any sounds in our room very quiet. We would return and hope they will step up their game for breakfast.”

“Stayed at hotel Thursday to Sunday Thanksgiving weekend. General observations:Rooms: Fantastic... newly renovated, clean.Service: Excellent. 95% of the people we interacted with were happy, positive, engaging and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring our stay was A+. Room was well made up every day.Location: Great... easily walkable to anything downtown... and bike'able throughout the Island... staff was very helpful helping us plan our route to Cisco brewery (fun).Food service: Know what you are in for: Thanksgiving diner... it was a buffet... a buffet is a buffet... while raw bar (food and staff) was A level fair; everything else was just OK; golden coral buffet level... We were last sitting, several of the deserts were essentially gone; had to literally scrape the remaining apple crisp just to get a spoonful... turned us off to dining / bar experience... went out for all other meals... would pass on the buffet, take your luck at a restaurant in town or go to the harbor stop and shop for sandwiches and wine in the room.Tip: Get up early for sunrise at the lighthouse (awesome), walk to steps beach (not far, great neighborhood), take advantage of bikes and locks (make almost every part of the island accessible within 15 min via safe bike paths).”

“We just wanted to tell you again how much we enjoyed our stay with you. Everything was smooth and easy for us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We thought it was a perfect location for our first trip to Nantucket. [And enjoyed David's chocolate chunk cookies in the afternoon!]Walkability: Only a very short walk straight down Main St. to the center of Nantucket”

“Great units. Priced comparatively to other lodging equally high-end. Fantastic location. Management team great to work with. They’re very attentive and flexible. Well worth it!”

“We had a fantastic experience here. I was worried after reviews I read online but the complaints were a little ridiculous. Yes the hotel is undergoing major reconstruction, the indoor pool and restaurant is closed but we were happy with the breakfast spread of fruit, cereal, etc (organic milk and high quality cold brew coffee) . The staff is extremely hard working and friendly and the front desk offers free waters and snacks 24 hours (there's also a convenience store across the street and the crosswind's restaurant at the airport). The shuttle runs like clockwork and the drivers, especially Danny are great. The rooms are immaculate and modern, clean and comfortable. The pool area is peaceful and they are literally cleaning the pool and hot tub every time a leaf falls into the water. Bring your own towels for the beach, they don't offer those or chairs but you can rent chairs at surf side beach. Also if you are dropped off mid island at night (highly recommend, it's calmer than town and has the restaurants that the locals go to) there is a huge chance you won't get picked up on the way back. I would stay here again, $1400 for 5 days in august beats dropping $6,000 at a resort in town any day!”

“Get ready for steep stairs and funny carpet on those stairs! But we got a cute (tiny) 3rd floor room for a decent price 2nd week of August. On the most expensive vacation island where rooms run $600 and up, our tiny room in this clean B and B served us well. The custodian of the place was nice but had no butter or cream cheese for the breakfast. Otherwise baked goods were fine and coffee good.We braved it and did roof top. Next door neighbor's home and antique car collection so Nantucket!Would stay there again.”

“The location is fantastic. If you rent a car they have parking, they also have a pool and the folks were nice. The price point is low by Nantucket terms so sometimes you get what you pay for but overall I would stay there again. In fact we moved out of our hotel (Hotel Pippa) because we were located on the top floor (basically the attic of an old house) and the rooms was cramped. I have never been so happy to get to a new hotel as I was to get to Beachside. Hotel Pippa did give us a refund when we moved which was gracious on their part. At 6' 4" I am too big for the attic at Hotel Pippa.Rooms: About what you would expect for the price point. Needs a reboot which they have planned after Labor Day 2023Walkability: 8 min walk to downtown. Great for that.”
