We also had a situation where I had bought and shipped a gift that was damaged en route. Tess made sure to go above and beyond in replacing and getting it to my friend for her birthday.”

“I bought a beautiful teak outdoor set and umbrella. I needed Arrowwood to hold the furniture until mid June for delivery. It was no problem, they delivered and set everything up. It looks amazing! They have a great selection and are very easy to work with.”
