Lost my credit card and apparently hertz can't change the CC for a reservation without waiting on hold for an hour. However, lady at the desk was nice and upgraded us.

stole from me. Island isn't that big. Had car for two days. Filled the tank - $30... but they still charged me $25 extra for gas. No way as the fuel indicator was above full. out right theft. beware!

Inept counter service and a 3. hour wait for our reserved car "to be cleaned". Pure nonsense. A perfect storm of rudeness and horrible service.
