To be clear to other users, this is only a shipping location. If you need copying, printing, etc, then go to the UPS Store nearby. But, for basic shipping services, this hub is very professionally handled. We particularly enjoy the gentleman behind the counter, who will greet you with a sense of humor (and often a daily joke) and attention to detail. Makes it a lot easier after you've been standing in line!

Lots of issues. Location is not accurate in Google maps. Sign when you pull into the driveway says authorized vehicles only...seems like everyone parks there anyhow. One of the 13 signs on the door says "one customer in the lobby at a time." I didn't have time to read all 13 signs so I just walked in and got yelled at...lol. Also, one of signs says closed 1:30 to 2:30 for lunch...hours on Google maps didn't reflect that. Did USPS take over Fedex?

Less expensive on Nantucket than UPS. Opens late mornings. I don't think my shipped items arrived on time; 1 day later than promised.
