Body shop did wonders...again!! Deer strike on front left corner. You'd never know. Checked some fender screws that had been off kilter after hit and that could have easily been ignored, but they were corrected and indistinguishable from the other side. Nice work !

Worst service experience I have ever had. I have a tire package from Ford. I hit a deep pot hole and got sidewall damage on my back left tire deep gouge. I told the service advisor, Kaitlyn, that I hit a pothole and wanted to submit a claim. A couple days later she sent me information that the claim was denied. Kaitlyn submitted the claim falsely. She stated that it was curb damage. The insurance does not cover curb damage. It only covers roadside hazards. I called and talked to her and explained that she had submitted it wrong and she argued with me and told me that that is what I told her. So I asked to talk to her manager. Some guy name Mr. Tovornish, came on the line and started accusing me of harassing his staff that they were all pissed off at him. I tried to explain to him that his service advisor had made a mistake, and all I needed her to do was resubmit the claim correctly. He explained to me how he's been in business for 25 years. (Somehow with all that time he can't figure out how to make the customer happy. Just because you were the only show in town does not make you the best.) After about 15 minutes of this guy berating me , he finally said he would look into it. Mr. 25 years of experience never did anything never called me back. I called my service advisor from the Ford dealership off Island and he got everything taken care of for me. No questions asked,that's how good service works and he's even in a different state. He said just buy the tire and they would reimburse me. Done. That's all this dealership had to do as well, but they like to argue with their customers and tell me that they don't work with third parties. And this is not even a third-party. Kaitlyn said that she was doing me a favor. This is a tire package through Ford company. Maybe she should be less worried about her lunch and more about customer service. It's not like this is even a busy Ford dealership or service center compared to big dealerships off island. I walked in and there was four people sitting there and no customers. I would highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle here for anything. Wait UNTIL get off island.

Unprofessional staff. The car was done at 12.18pm to replace 4 ild tires.They refused to release the car and kept it for joy ride/personal use till 4pm. No protection on the car seats or matts. The mechanic left heavy dirty grease all over the matts and seats like pigs. The manager protected the mechanic and refused to behave professionally toward customers. Shame on them. Layla lied at 1pm that the car wasn't ready. Shame on her.
