An hour and a half, two hours in line is a little excessive. This isn't a coment on the help the help is been doing the best they can.

It's automobile inspection. The only one on-Island. It is what it is. There is a comfortable place to sit while waiting.

Slow. They make everyone leave for an hour at lunch so they can make space and time for "preferred" customers. Sad there isn't an alternative inspection station on the island.
