I have been going there since day one that they opened and I do not do that because of blind loyalty, there are other choices. I do it because the group that works and owns the place will bend over backwards to help you out. Getting there late after they are closing, they will wait for you. Need something on a day they are closed, they will come in. They were the last scuba shop opened in the area at a time when others were closing and they are the only ones open now. Throughout the years because of my young age at the time I had been dismissed and talked down to by staff of various area dive shops and beyond, but never at The Waters Edge. I am happy they are still around and it's a testimony to all that work there. Highly recommended.

Best place to buy gear and learn how to scuba dive in Western MA! Great selection and prices. You're in good hands. I remember all our ocean and lake trips! I got my basic cert here.

We went in for some snorkeling gear for our upcoming vacation. The selection is excellent, and the customer service even better!
