Been eyeing a jacket for a couple of weeks, waiting for it to go on sale. Finally did, but they had added a second tag that was the wrong color and would not honor the original tag even though it was still there. I'm not one to argue with retail employees, being one myself, but this was a silly enough, weird uptight situation to bring me here. Additionally, why is a thrift store charging $40 for an old, faded used coat that was donated to them?

I used to work here & not only did one of the managers Jessica talk to other employees about Confidential things ( as she used to work in a doctors office type deal ) she broke the HIPPA law, i ended up leaving and quitting because she was rude she talks behind your back and is incredibly unprofessional to pretty much all the other employees and customers. Bought some nice collector plates but was not happy that the register clerk charged an extra nine dollars because she felt they were mislabelled at 2.99 and she thought they should all be a dollar more each. They call that "bait-and-switch" where I come from.
