J arrived friendly and optimistic. Got right to work. He worked through the truck eliminating problems one by one. At one point he had to drive back to his shop to grab me a fuel filter. He return with food and drinks. He’s an extremely friendly guy. And very kind. I will definitely use his services again and highly recommend. And this all happened on a Sunday.

On July 8th 2023 My driver broke down at the Whately truckstop off of I 91. J Series Service came out fairly quickly. Mr J diagnosed that the AC compressor pulley seized and destroyed both belts. Mr J had to drive around to several different dealerships and parts suppliers to get all the parts needed to complete the job since no one place including the freightliner dealer has all the replacement parts in stock. Very professional and sincerely concerned about replacing all pulleys to insure the driver doesn’t get halfway down the road and break down againI recommend J Series to all driver’s that are in need of a good roadside service technician

Crook. Showed up with 2 people (trainee) in 2 separate vehicles. Charges labor for 2 mechanics (owner did nothing) charged mileage for 2 vehicles (not my fault they can’t ride together). AND they were ALREADY at the truck stop repairing another vehicle. The next day the same part they “fixed” started leaking again. Stay away, FAR AWAY.

I broke down at the Whately truckstop off of I 91. J Series Service came out to fix me hours before most other places even opened. The two fellows were very professional and courteous. They literally went the extra mile to make sure I had the right parts and appropriate repair. I would recommend their service 100%. They were a life saver for me.

Jay came to a small town in New Hampshire to help retract a damaged awning on my RV. Although it took extra time for him to travel from Massachusetts, we were pleased that he was able to get the job done! Jay is knowledgable and efficient.

On May 24th I had J come check out my truck for a over heating issue. He came and diagnosed my truck with a bad fan clutch. So I had him replaced it. Charged me $1700 just in Labor. Two weeks later I started hearing a grinding metal noise. Took the truck to my mechanic at home and it turned out he installed the fan clutch incorrectly and it was destroyed internally. Has to be replaced again. Please do not ever do business with this man unless you wanna get ripped off and have to get your equipment repaired twice. On the bright side at least my truck was able to make it home.

Huge shout out to Officer Hartnett at turners falls fire department for helping install our car seat! He made the process so simple and enjoyable and is clearly very passionate about what he does! Thank you again for helping ease this mom to be’s mind! I truly recommend anyone who has any questions about installing car seats to go see them!

Very disappointed with the service I received. $738.00 for a 45 minute job with parts that cost only $10.00. Paper filter and 2 partially empty bottles of 911. Karma will come around. You cant possibly be that ignorant.
