Ron is amazing. Always goes out of his way to help. He even texted me over the weekend to update me about repairs and picked my car up from my house for me because I was working. Incredibly knowledgeable and prices are very reasonable.

This bum took months to do a job he said would take 2 weeks. Then, he didn't even fix it. After over 2 months and $2000 the vehicle still ran like crap. He told me it was computer problem because after supposedly replacing O2 sensor the O2 fault code still came up. Well, it turns out he he didn't replace sensor with a new one but with some defective crap he had laying around. And, if it was the computer - Why didn't he replace the damn thing? GUARD YOUR WALLET WHEN YOU'RE NEAR THIS

Owner Ron is an open, unapologetic racist. Very poor customer service, too high prices. I won't go here again.

This has been the worst experience my husband has ever had with a shop owner. Ron you have his truck for 14 hours to do a front ball joint on one side of his truck, a fuel filter and a front end alinement. We get the truck back and the steering wheel isn't staight, so my husband calls you about it. All you can say is drop if back off AGAIN and you will bring it back to the dealer ship the you brought it to do the alinement in the first time. My husband tells you that he had talk to the dealer ship that did the alinement and the dealership told him that they will no longer being dealing with full size trucks any more because they do not fit in their bays. So my husband say that he will take the time and just bring it to another shop to have it fixed right. Thinking that your are a man of your word. So much SATISFACTION GARNETIED!!!!!!!!!!!! Ron you swear at my husband, tell his he is being to picky. To me that is not how a shop owner should deal with a paying customer. Since my husband said he would just bring it to a shop that he knows can fix the problem since the dealership you brought the truck to couldn't get it right. If anything at all you should have offered to let my husband bring his truck a different shop that he know can fix it at your exspence. Since my husband had already paid for it in the first place and it's not right, but NO you start swearing at my husband and giving him a hard time about the problem and hang up on his. This is the last time you will ever work on his truck and you'll never touch my car because if this is how you run your business and deal with a problem I'd raither pay the extra money and take it to a real dealer ship because when they say "SATIFACTION GARNITIED" they mean "SATIFACTION GARNITIED". Not " SATIFACTION GARNITIED" but only if I agree with the customers complaint. Sadly disappointed.

I've been a customer of Ron's for a few years now, since 2010. He's always been super helpful, I've always been able to trust him, and his work has never failed me. He's always taken my calls and helped me over the phone if I needed him to (I've lived all over New England in the last few years), and he goes way, WAY out of his way to help me even if I'm away and my Jeep is still in his neighborhood. He's always been someone I could count on. Read my Yelp review by RogueVaping for a really long story! I've had nightmare experiences with almost every other mechanic I've been to (who hasn't), but I've never had such a positive experience as I've had with Ron.
