The ice machines here say you can refill your own personal bottles for free, yet whenever I try to bring my yeti here to get ice they insist that I have to pay. I have spoken to the manager multiple times and have been told I don't need to pay. Why are the employees not informed on this? Different excuses everytime. I was told the last time the charge was for use of electricity.

I came in today August 30th 2023 at around 7:20 p.m. with my service dog and the first thing one of the ladies told me oh dogs aren't allowed in here I simply said she's a service animal and went and use the restroom I came out and said have a wonderful day and the lady scoffed at me was super rude disrespectful and obviously has no customer service this is unacceptable I have been to several Cumberland farms in Connecticut Massachusetts and Rhode Island and have never had a problem with bringing my service animal here in any of their establishments this place was very rude also it's kind of dirty The bathroom I had to lay toilet paper all over the toilet seat in order to use the restroom

Nice location ample pumps. Great convenient store as always, fresh coffee. Cold fountain drinks and a good variety of snacks and hot food too

Josh is the man, Allison & Hanna are the best.... Every order perfect, pleasant early morning interactions ... They know what it means to be customer serviced, properly. I stop at the turners falls location every morning for my routine and the employees routinely Impress me! Great stuff

Racist employees came in to use the ATM wanted to grab a drink and your clown a** employee wanted to play store detective. I make more money in a month than you'll see in a year f***** up treating a customer like a criminal..

I went to the Cumberland farms in Millers Falls and tried to pay for my gas with a virtual Visa gift card that I have used other places before. It requires you to manuealy enter the card number to work. I was told there was no way to manually enter a card number and it can only be scanned. I find this very doutful as I am also a cashier and our system can do that despite it being a older POS system. As a longtime customer I am disappointed and I think you should train your Cashiers better.

Love this place. This one and Greenfield I go to a lot for gas, food, etc. It mostly a great place with good people.
