Walgreens is expensive but you can find good coupons and warm Walgreens cash so watch for sales and it's better for the wallet. Staff is great, store is clean, parking is safe.

Small entrance door but beyond that the place is like every other walgreens, they have all the products needed for most people.

We usually use the Ware Walgreen's (West Street location) for our prescription needs, but they were recently out of stock of a med for my daughter who is 6. Ware couldn't get the med in until Monday (I called on a Saturday) so I asked if another Walgreen's nearby could fill her prescription instead, so they suggested Monson or Springfield. I called Monson & explained the situation to the pharmacy. They were very pleasant & professional, and willing to help me with the med that I needed. In fact, the gentleman who took my call said it would be ready by the time we arrived (it was!) Stellar service, clearly care about customer's satisfaction here. I would definitely recommend & visit this store/pharmacy again! They also automatically flavored my child's liquid med & for no extra cost. Conveniently located in the Adam's supermarket plaza in downtown Monson. Handicapped accessible. Mass Health insurance accepted here.
