Excellent customer service!Ordered 3 ton of pellets on Monday from Squier after Robbins Garden in Oxford screwed me over since August. Squier had the product available and able to deliver Thursday!!!!Highly recommend doing business with Squier!!!!!

My wife and I purchased a Harmon Absolute 63 wood pellet stove through Donna the sales representative whom has great knowledge of all the different types of stoves they sell there at Squires Hardware store and all I can say is that it was a complete pleasure from the purchase of the stove right on down to the delivery and installation process from Andy and Shawn. Our oil fired furnace hasn't come on since the install of this stove it's awesome at heating our home and does it so well with out a struggle my wife and I absolutely love it no complaints at all and the heat feels so different than our furnace heat very satisfied ? great job to all at Squire lumber

Bought a 5500$ pellet stove from squiers.The pellets showed up an entire month after the stove was installed. If you want someone who will help you along the way and tell you everything that you need to know about the stove. Go somewhere else

I was late into the pellet ordering season and my local supplier wasn't taking orders, Luckily I remembered a customer of mine recommending Squier Lumber. I'm glad I made the choice of calling. They got me my pellets within the estimated window and the driver was professional and efficient. Will be returning to them next year for another order.

Squier Lumber was recommended to me by local realtors when I first moved to Western Massachusetts (4 years ago) because I was interested in purchasing a pellet stove. I knew nothing about the stoves and spent a good bit of time asking Bev a myriad of questions. She patiently answered every question I had. I purchased my stove from Squier and they installed it. The installation was flawless and incident free. The installers came prepared to do the job and had everything they needed to install. They also cleaned up any debris and made sure everything worked before they left. Today I had my first pellet stove service appointment. Andy showed up on time and was polite and professional. The issue was quickly identified and fixed and while here, Andy made sure everything else was working. I also buy all my pellets and other supplies from Squier. It feels good to support a local company. And it feels equally good to trust. How often do you call companies and feel you are being ripped off or your concerns are not taken into consideration ? I can tell you, that will not happen with Squier. I consider myself grateful to be their customer. Thank you.
