Purchased 1500 gallons of oil and they would not come out to service my system after hours, even after offering to pay there 250$ service charge. So much for 24 hour emergency service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Thanks to Ed and his crew at Squier Oil in Monson! They arrived on time, were easy to deal with. They finished the oil tank swap, installed the new tank & fittings, did the check on the new lines & tank. We are all set and very pleased with their efficiency and how well the project eent. Woke up in the middle of the night to my furnace making allll kinds of noises, being the normal guy who can solve a problem I realized the power vent system was the culprit and that it rattled itself broken… now it’s Sunday morning… nothing is open and it’s about to be the coldest all year… great! So looking at all my options and that there’s no parts available to me I called up the service guys, honestly, I was worried but I did know what was wrong so I told the main guy and he was super helpful, found the right part in like thirty min and then was able to send a guy to deliver me the part so that I could Install it myself!! Best service around,,, you literally can’t beat that!!

In the Autumn of 2021 we realized that our nearly 27 year old furnace needing replacing thanks to Scott of Squires who informed us that there was simply too much rust for him to safely clean the burner during scheduled maintenance. We proceeded to get three quotes from oil burner installers and due to our established relationship with Squires we chose them to install both our new burner and new water heater. Since we were going from a tank less water heating system to an actual water heater with which I had no experience and many questions, I will always be grateful Scott who as the certified heating and cooling installer took the time to explain to me how the new systems would work. At the end of the first day of installation we had hot water and at the end of the second day of installation we had both heat and hot water! The most amazing part of this entire experience is that the entire area where the installation occurred was completely cleaned up and there was not one piece of trash left behind. We have had this new system for over 3 months and not only have we had no problems with either system, we are warm and have the most amazing hot water! Ed was very business like and easy to deal with and there are not enough good words with which I can describe Scott. He was professional, pleasant, and our new systems were installed well and the entire area is immaculate. We have always felt comfortable dealing with Squires and now that Scott has installed these new systems our regard for them has only increased. Our thanks to all involved.

Had a problem with my boiler operating correctly and Scott came over to address the issue. Wow! So nice to have someone so knowledgeable and personable to work with. With his suggestion I will be having Squier’s install a new oil tank and I can rest assured that it will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks Scott!!
