Our dog recently had a major injury and is having surgery this week, Monson Animal is her primary veterinary office. Every time we had questions or needed anything we were assisted quickly - medications were prepared and ready within minutes for her at the drop of a hat. The office is clean and decorated nicely, organized, staff are professional, and very friendly. Highly recommend. We are very happy with their services!

Dr. Cathy and her staff are the absolute best! I would highly recommend Monson Small Animal clinic above all others. They are considerate, compassionate and highly professional.

Everyone was so kind. Very loving toward the animals. Very affordable. We will be staying with them as our permanent vet.

A routine procedure unexpectedly added to by unnecessary procedure & an unwanted vax, all done without my consent or prior approval or knowledge. When calling it out when presented with the hiked bill, to their credit they removed the addl charges, but not without 1st subjecting me to gaslighting & insult. This place is so unprofessional & really could do with a management overhaul, they were completely out of line & unapologetic. I wonder how many simply paid & accepted this behavior. Run.

I'm sure they give quality care and the facility looks clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, like most vets, they are booked out for months and said they don't take on new patients attempting to transfer from other vets. I feel as though I screwed up when being honest about my veterinarian and should have stated my pet didn't currently have one. Perhaps then I would've been allowed access to an appointment here? Regardless, they were helpful in recommending another vet for oral care, though it is some distance away from my home. It's too bad really as it would've been highly advantageous as I live in the same town this place is located. Live and learn, I suppose.

Excellent vet clinic for both my cat and German Shepherd. Monson small animal clinic has great service for both scheduled and emergency pet visits and the staff there is always very caring towards my pets.

My dog Sully is 15 and we've been taking him here since we moved to Monson 7 years ago. The vet and the staff are beyond amazing and have dealt with everything from routine exams to heart problems to emergency injuries and illnesses. They are truly amazing and I completely trust them to do what is best for my dog's health. Professional, pleasant, and so compassionate and communicative!
