Communications were prompt and thorough. Staff were friendly and supportive. My pup was glad to see me at pick up but not as crazy excited as I expected...which means to me that he enjoyed his stay and felt safe and comfortable there.

We absolutely love Camelot Kennels! They take the best care of our dog Beau! We have tried other boarding places in the past and sometimes Beau would come home sick but we have never had an issue with Camelot kennels. They send us pictures everyday of Beau to keep us updated on the fun he is having and they are the sweetest pictures. They always have people outside to watch the pups while they play and there seems to always be supervision at all times. We cannot recommend them enough if you need a place for your fur baby and also want some peace of mind while you’re away! They really do take such good care of our furry child :)

We had an family emergency and needed to board our fur baby same day. They were very accommodating. Everyone I came in contact with were amazing and he seemed very happy.

We boarded three dogs for the first time last week. We had used Camelot several years ago to board four of our other dogs, now passed away. We have dogs with special needs on a strict diet. The dogs weren't eating. The staff called concerned. This I appreciated. They offered pumpkin and it worked. What I don't appreciate is the limited pickup hours on Sunday from 4-6 pm. When I requested a morning pickup, I was told there's a $100 fee for that. Okay ... but why charge me $55 per dog for the day when they weren't there? Moreover, why charge for the extra playtime fee? I was told the staff arrived at 5 am to ensure the pups had two hours of playtime before I arrived. In the rain??? I was told they have a covered play area. Yet my pups were wet!! Pups seemed to have gotten good care but the fees are excessive and unfair. Either charge for early pickup and not the full day of boarding or offer more flexibility for pick up time and charge for boarding. Double-dipping, greedy.

I decided to start my new puppy with doggie daycare back in July 2022. (Which I had never done with my past pooches) My first thoughts as I carried in my pup was "look at how happy all these dogs are!" Well this place is the best! The staff is very caring and loves your dog like their own. Pricing is good. Ruby loves coming here. I'm worry free when we board her for a weekend get away. They are just part of our pack!

My son's dog was boarded over the holidays there for the first time. They paid attention to her and she was a special case because she doesn't like other people and they were great about that! She did great and he able to check in and see her!

Couldn’t recommend Camelot more! This was the first time I’ve boarded my dog, and he absolutely LOVED it! He looked like he was having the best time in pictures and the staff was so patient and accommodating with all of my calls/questions/general anxiety about leaving him. The facility was clean, and the prices were very reasonable for the services provided. They took great care of my boy, and I’m so glad to have a great option for him when we travel!

My dog Charlie wags his tale when he comes to stay. Wags his tale when he leaves. Leaving is the best of course and coming home,but good to know he's taken good care of.

Absolutely amazing experience for the past 13 years, every single employee of the staff are beyond comforting leaving our dog with them. When on vacation we look forward daily to their posts of pictures of all the animals enjoying their time at the puppy palace.

Best kennel around! I never let my dog stay anywhere and she fit right into the pack here. It's the cleanest kennel, friendly staff and they always post pictures of the dogs having fun. Definitely recommend!
