The PO in East Milton is the absolute worst. I live in fuller village and every and I mean every time I'm expecting a pkg. they screw it up. They scan that it was delivered and I never got it or says it will be delivered like today never comes. It arrived at Milton po yesterday at 6:30am was supposed to be delivered today ..... never happened This has happened to me at 3 or 4 times. The postmaster should be replaced or at the very least demoted.

On one occasion I had my package stolen in the PO. It went in and never came out. I was told by an employee that there is a theft problem in Milton.Then TWICE had packages once shown as delivered and another package shown as out for delivery that I never received! I feel the individual managing this Post Office must be replaced ASAP as there is an obvious level of both incompetence and theft.

I sent an expensive box of chocolates and it never arrived at the location.Now I have been waiting since 12/22 for them to deliver it less than 1 mile!!They are a terrible Post Office.

I paid alot of money to rent a postal box at this location, and I have to chase down my mail because, the workers won't put mail in the box if they are working alone. Then I have to wait for extra days for important mail, because the worker are so privileged that they don't have to do thier job and nothing happens . I will never pay for another box again there, and hope people stop supporting that location so it can close down.

So I read the reviews, and thought "it can't be that bad". IT IS THAT BAD!! Absolutely terrible service. Will give you the run around to avoid helping you. Rude employees who seem to hate their jobs and take it out on customers. Does management ever pop into this store?

This is the worst run post office. Every time I am there no matter what time, there is a long line and one window open while everyone else is on break.

Honestly Debbie? Your nails are trashy and you're horrible to work with. Maybe get a job where you don't have to work with people if you're unwilling to be even remotely helpful. Everyone else here is great but I'm done with this place.

Dave opened up the doors at 8:00am sharp and was absolutely charming to every person in line. Great service, amazing speed but his attention to detail was very helpful!! Thank you Dave!!

Drive a little further and find another Post Office. Service is slow, methodical, and down right rude. I am being nice. I thought the first 3 times were one offs. The 4th is status quo.On the positive side. My packages made it to their destinations.

Debbie is so amazing at her job and went above and beyond to help me send my package. She was so helpful and made me feel so welcomed. I will only come to this post office from now on.

It's sad to write this review, but I think the other reviews have already corroborated this. This post office should be avoided mostly because of one employee. I will not name her here because I believe everyone knows who this individual is. She is extremely rude. Every time I have gone to this post office, it's the same behavior. This time I went to get an envelope and asked her to give me the zip code for an address I needed. I gave her the address and she inputted it incorrectly. As a result she tells me the address doesn't exist. I looked at what she inputted and it's clearly wrong. Yet, she begins to argue with me when I brought it to her attention. I called her out on her behavior and she began to gaslight in front of other customers. Then begins to blame me for holding up the line. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the aggravation.

I went there on June 16 2020 to mail a book I had sold on Ebay. I told the lady at the window twice that I want the book mailed by media mail. The postage came out to be $5.40. I told her that it was too high for a book with 150 pages. It should be less than $3.00. She told me that the book is going to Georgia which is far away from Milton. After I came home I inspected the receipt. The lady had charged me first class postage for the book. I immediately went to the post office and complained to the superintendent. Luckily the book was still there. The lady said she must have pressed the wrong button on the key board. The media mail postage came out to be $2.80. They refunded the difference. Was she trying to make some extra bucks for the postal service? You never know! This is the second time they over charged me for mailing a package.

This place is amazing: I give them stuff and within days they send it all the way across the country within days. The people at the counters are always super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend these people!
