I have purchased pants size medium while 9 months pregnant. Soon after delivery I tried them on and they were way too big. I missed the return window by few days and emailed the store asking if I could please exchange the pants for a size small (still available on the website) and pay for all shipping costs. I got a response that it is notPossible. I explained that I had an emergency c section and was notAble to get out of bed/taking pain meds for weeks post delivery on top of taking care of a newborn and a toddler. I was not able to try on the pants right away. I was hoping a company ran by women would be a littleMore understanding and cater to mothers and perhaps pivot and make exceptions. I am a doctor and I often make exceptions to help out my patients-you bend the rules a little -not everything is black and white. We are not taking about a 10k chanelBag - I can afford to toss $60 pants -what bothers me is the principle! If a size small is available, my item is unworn, tags on, I offer to pay for shipping costs both ways- why say no? Just because? That’s what’s wrong with the world today -zero empathy. I will share my negative experience with my thousands tik tok and Instagram followers. Do not support this brand.

I was hanging out w my friends and they took out bags and we weren’t allowed them back uncles we brought something and we even asked and they said we had to buy something and than there was no price tag so I asked how much it was and she said 18$ and than said “ you can’t steal if you can’t afford it” like what? Than they called the cops and my parents were working so I was there forHours.

I bought two cute summer dresses when they first opened, but lately it seems like the clothes are trending toward young, skinny people. There doesn't seem to be much selection in there now for older women. I don't feel comfortable walking in there and browsing the clothing anymore.

Today was my first visit to the Cue. since The Gift Garden closed. The clothing is lovely. However, a huge turn off, and why I won't return is the profanity present in cards and other gifts. I do not feel this is appropriate or necessary and does not represent the customers of this shopping market. Wondering if the Cue has a clue as to what its customers would like.

This store is a dream. Seriously, the clothes are curated so perfectly - they're all trendy but range in price point, style, occasion, etc. - I've really never struggled to find exactly what I'm looking for! The girls are so kind, patient and willing to help you pick out a perfect outfit or gift. Also, the gift selection is insane - hand poured candles, kitchen wares, cute stocking-stuffer type items, the list goes on. The online store is great too, but it's beyond worth an in-person experience if you live nearby!

Shout out to The Cue! This is a business that has not only survived but also thrived during the toughest few years the retail industry has ever seen. I love that there are always new clothing and home items every week. I also love seeing the Tuesday Night Drop on instagram and then stopping by the shop to see the new items and say hi to the fabulous Cue Team! These women are hard workers and are always ready to pull together new looks for you with a smile on their face. The sizing is definitely a traditional boutique feel and caters to a younger, lively crowd. That being said, I've found amazing jeans, sweaters and dresses there so many times. The price point is reasonable, with some higher priced items as well. I like to buy pieces for special occasions here because they are unique and not something I can just find anywhere. They also have an amazing bridal section that has great options for showers Bachelorette parties and rehearsal dinners! Overall, I'm a big fan. The customer service is great and you'll be guaranteed to find something beautiful for yourself or for a thoughtful gift. Or both! Just be sure to brace yourself for a big purchase because you'll have a hard time choosing just a few items and it's right above the best little market (double trouble!).

Loved the old store and love the new one even more! The selection of items is awesome. More than just cute clothes... you can find gifts for others or treat yourself to yummy candles or fun accessories. It's nice to have a local option in the area for special items and everyday wear.

The Cue holds special place in my heart! Not only are the employees compassionate and caring, but they are helpful and down to earth!Lindsay, the owner, will always make you feel like you belong there! She will literally stop whatever she is doing to help out a customer. Ronnie & Maureen are the sweetest girls and will also do whatever it takes to make sure the customer leaves the boutique with a big smile on their face!I could rave about this business all day
