Second class citizen treatment. Went in deposited a check and requested quarters. Teller asked the bald head boss to open vault for quarters. He instead takes a phone can before helping ot get the quarters which he was the one with the code. He said he will be quick on the phone call. Which I thought was not right because I was physically there versus the customer on the phone. I said okay. 10 minutes later he is still on the phone , with another gentleman and the same teller apologizing because of the "boss'" BAD CUSTOMER service. I was offered to.wait or take my money back because I had an uber approaching in the nest 3 and with a 4 minute wait but I just took my money. Boss probably thought my money was small compared to the big fish on the phone. I walked out and he looked at me and was still on the phone.

I have been a customer for the past 5 years and I often do my banking at this Milton Branch. Everyone who works here is very professional, respectful, friendly and knowledgeable about the bank services and products.It is quite uncommon to see such an amazing group of people that are talented and knowledgeable and I am always happy to witness it firsthand

Customer service for Santander Bank has not been helpful this is my fourth time I have to call them today I got to give it a person in a different language just couldn't understand what was going on with my County told me that there was post made on April 16th and its April 6th and I'm just confused as to why did he decide to listen to me the entire conversations I mean each time I've been waiting on the phone for at least 15 minutes so I waited about an hour of my time today just trying to figure out what happened to my account and something did happen and it's pretty serious and also I am permanently locked out of my online banking I've asked for ATM cards never got them and I don't know why they hang up on me I don't know why they just won't transfer me to a different person if they can speak my language also this Bank in particular it's on I don't know it's only been one good Santander Bank and that's been in Holbrook the Holbrook in the Boston ones I would give a f*** store this is it really a review on the personal located bank it's the customer service experience I'm always constantly experiencing not always sometimes the wall get a super nice girl or lady but like it's just been a nightmare. I feel like I'm being walked into my government check. Boston locations get 5 stars.

The clerks and service were great. I cashed a payroll check drawn on Santandar. Because I don't have an account they CHARGED me $6 to cash their own check. Seriously, no wonder no one likes you. An account with you...don't think so Dave C

Opened accounts with this company 2 years ago. Last week had about $700.00 fraudulently taken from me through my checking account. This bank is doing nothing, Nothing About it. They simply Do NOT CARE! All they wish to do is file a claim, i contacted them within 24 hours for stoppage. No, nothing can be done. Goodbye money, so much for security. This bank is total trash!

My boyfriend just deposited $600 cash into the ATM at this location, which was taken from him but not deposited. The screen on the machine posted a message stating that his transaction was cancelled but did NOT return the bills. I ran around to the front of the bank but the tellers inside would not even open the door to speak with me, stating that the machine is completely separate from the building. The toll-free customer service rep told him that the money may not be available until Monday. #itstimeforanewbank
