The Mary MB Wakefield Arboretum has a beautiful collection of trees and animals. The woods are peaceful and tranquil. Deb and Erica hosted a helpful workshop about winter tree ID recently!

Sweet often overlooked arboretum. I'm told the best time to visit is in June to see the dogwoods.

The Wakefield Estate was a fantastic spot for a field trip! Both kids and adults learned a lot. We got to hike, touch tadpoles, see gorgeous gardens and hold local celebrity Prince Peep the chicken!

Warm and welcoming environment. An educator is on the premises and so good at inclusiveness! All people and questions are met with enthusiasm.

A hidden gem. Very hard to notice from the road. But the staff here does an impressive job maintaining this site. Very good place for a walk.

I visited the estate on Friday along with 2 other members of the Easton Garden Club. Our visit was guided by the very knowledgeable horticulturalist, Debbie, who walked us through the grounds and gave us insight into Miss Polly's works. We enjoyed our visit and stayed to eat our brown bag lunch on the veranda overlooking the lawn.
