Philippe texted me at least twice to let me know the status of the repair, and when it was ready, the pickup was smooth and easy and the bill was only $138.00 which seems very reasonable to me -- and a one-year warranty is included. “The store is super welcoming and relaxed with great vibes! Store owners are so friendly and knowledgeable about all the stone types in their store. My friend and I were scheduled for a leather bracelet making class on Saturday but missed it and came Sunday and they still made time for us. They quickly gathered all the supplies and one of the owners was nice enough to sit and give us a personalized one-on-one class. Her instructions and patience was awesome and made the experience quite pleasant. We didn't feel rushed or bad that we didn't know anything about jewelry making. With a little help, our bracelets turned out spectacular and the company of the owner and her husband was comforting and great company.
