Needed to repair a necklace within a couple days.Was seen quickly, was given a quote within a couple minutes and it was repaired within three days. I can’t even tell that it was broken.staff was kind and attentive and very knowledgeable.Well priced.Highly recommend

From anniversary & birthday gifts, watch repairs & religious artifacts, to sharing historic tales that touch upon the Town of Milton and their own industry, Bruce and his faithfull staff comprise a gem (pun intended!) of an institution. Grono and Christie is an amazing jewelry store! If you want to purchase something beautiful or if you need something repaired they are there for you! I just had a ring repaired and the workmanship, was outstanding - after they worked on my ring it looked brand new.!! The work was done on a very timely basis too!!

I had damage to my ring and lost my diamond. Bruce was so helpful in explaining my options for replacement. He fixed the ring and helped with appraisal for insurance. The diamond and Ring looks beautiful! Always great service.

i've been a customer of Grono & Christi for over 20 years. The customer service is always outstanding and they go the extra mile and then some to make sure the customers are happy. Over the years I've bought jewelry for myself and as gifts such as the add a pearl necklace for my granddaughter. I know I've always been a very happy customer and anyone who has received a gift from there as also pleased with the quality.
