“We love our delivery service with Thatcher! My two year old loves seeing the spotted cow milk truck. We've been with them for nearly two years—any time there has been an issue (out of stock items, extra items), I call them and they promptly corrected the invoice with no fuss at all. Two thumbs up”

“Great people! I’ve been harassed and yelled at fromEmployeees at the cue, and CVS and just an old lady one time and the fruit center were the only ones that cared, they actually helped me and when the police were envolbed they got them to check to footage to see I wasn’t doing anything wrong.”

“We absolutely love Thatcher Farm Dairy delivery! When I bought my home in Boston, I wanted to find a food delivery service and support a local business. I saw a Thatcher Farm Dairy milk box on a neighbor's doorstep and thought I'd give them a try. I admit that I used them for delivery just a few times and it was a bumpy experience at first. Once, the driver delivered items to my back door and I didn't see them, so they spoiled in the summer heat (they were really nice about it and replaced the items for free). A few times, items arrived squashed. However, when COVID hit, I relied on Thatcher Farm much more frequently and it has been awesome. I think the delivery drivers now know my place and where/how to leave items. They updated the website recently and it's a BIG improvement - much more user-friendly and easier to navigate. I order food every week, including milk, juice, english muffins, bread, pizza dough, and miscellaneous other products. They don't have everything I need, but they offer many of the staples. Most importantly, the prices are reasonable and the delivery charge is just $3. Deliveries come weekly, so I just have to submit what I want the night before. Thatcher Farm has been very reliable and the customer service is great. The only thing to consider is that frozen items can thaw or spoil pretty quickly in the summer heat even if you use one of the insulated milk boxes, so don't let items sit in there for too long. If you stay on top of ordering and grabbing items from the box, you will love the convenience of Thatcher Farm Deliveries. Great local business! P.S. Try the Stone & Skillet English muffins they sell. You won't regret it!”
