First time I went it was good they were helpful but when I came a few weeks ago they were not polite. One of the pharmacists had a bad attitude. I was picking up a product I needed and they weren’t that helpful with answering questions and I needed to call my doctor for advice after.

Hours ‘verified’ on Google say pharmacy open 7AM. Hours on the door say pharmacy open 9AM. Update your hours on google to help our working people please.

I don’t use this location for any of my pharmacy needs or for shopping, but I’ve been using it as a UPS access point for my deliveries a few times recently and they always have a MESS there with all the packages. This really delays a lot of package pick up time and the line for regular customers, as the packages are behind the counter and not enough staff there to keep things moving smoothly. The supervisor has been very helpful finding my packages the last couple of times, but today he seemed pretty frustrated when trying to find them for me. I’m just going to stop using this UPS access point from now on, due to the lack of organization and communication between the staff at this location and I also wouldn’t want to get the “nasty eye” the next time I walk in there to pick up a package ??

This is horrible I live in the area and come here with my friends we always try to be respectful of the place because we know it’s the hangout spot forUs middle schoolers. But me and my friends have gotten kicked out, the cops called on us, and yesterday I as pressured into buying somthing I didn’t want and I wasn’t given the option of a receipt or to use a cvs card so I couldn’t return them, I have always been treated poorly here and really don’t know why I keep coming back.Kids my age are the reason they are still in business and be respectful is the store I have gotten the cops called on me. I don’t recommend

Hands down the nicest employees of any cvs I have ever been to. The store is small but it has everything we need. Love it here.

500 feet away from my use, and I choose to go elsewhere. Awful communication between staff, patients, and doctors. (sending scripts back without contacting patient or doctors letting them know why) They often don’t have my prescriptions on time, day before a colonoscopy I was promised my prep would be in by 1pm. I showed up at 2:00pm and had to drive to Hingham to pick it up because they didn’t have it, and never called to tell me. My wife had surgery, her pain meds were ordered there. The pharmacist kept pushing it back an hour. 3 hours later they told me they are out of stock. and have customers waiting in store and even have had me wait in store on many occasions for something, they do not even have in stock, and that a text message should have been sent. No text received.The dysfunction in this pharmacy seems endless, onto WALGREENS!

I never write negative reviews. I use the opportunity to be positive. This pharmacy is comparable to your local RMV. Lack of communication, LONG wait times, and s*** customer service. Can't wait to never use this again.

I will never shop at this CVS again!!! I had a one-time prescription filled for a nasal spray due to Covid. They filled the scrip but gave me 90 days worth (my prescription was 1 X with 2 refills) which cost me $75 after insurance. I realized this after I got home and when I went back to return the extra 2 boxed, sealed sprays, they said they could not take it back. The pharmacist said they just fill based on my online profile (without considering the nature of the prescription) and that I should have checked before I left the store. He also said I should have known based on the size of the bag that it was for 90 days. I don't have x-ray vision, nor can I judge 30 versus 90 day prescriptions by looking at a brown bag. The pharmacist was adamant that it was my fault and he could have cared less if I was a satisfied customer.

My first time at CVS Milton was amazing! I had stopped by this cvs because it was the closest on the way to my friend’s birthday party. Jason and Jasmine helped me find the perfect birthday card, as I specifically needed a themed one for the birthday girl. Jason was so prompt to ask me if I needed help and he further assisted me in finding lashes that were out in the back. I left feeling great and prepared, thank you CVS MILTON!!

I have been a customer at the CVS pharmacy in Milton MA for more years I can remember... year after year the service declines but we loyally continue getting our prescriptions here. The phone service is terrible, takes for ever to get to the pharmacy and once connected the waits are super long no matter what time of day you call. Today I spent over 1 hour on hold and never got connected. The people behind the counter are most of times unpleasant, and the pharmacy staff not always helpful. I think I will be switching pharmacy.
